In this historic, listed former industrial complex, a charming and cozy vacation apartment awaits you right on the Havel River, offering a beautiful view of Werder Island.

The apartment is furnished as a studio with a combined living, dining, and sleeping area (visually separated). The bathroom features a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances.

You can enjoy cozy evenings any time of year—in the fall and winter by the wood-burning stove, or in the summer on the terrace while barbecuing. Watch the activity on the water either from the couch or from the sun loungers.
A small sauna is for the exclusive use of the vacation apartment (direct access).

Take a walk across the nearby island and visit cafes and restaurants.

Our bikes are waiting for you for excursions in the surrounding area.
Explore the area on the Havel Bike Path and the Panorama Bike Path, or cycle around Lake Schwielowsee.
You can use our bike storage room for your own bicycles.

Visit Berlin, Potsdam, or Brandenburg/Havel. The train station is about 1 km away. The RE 1 regional train runs every half hour to Potsdam (Sanssouci, 10 min to the main station) and Berlin (e.g., Bahnhof Zoo, Hauptbahnhof 40 min, Friedrichstr.).

The Scala Kulturpalast movie theater, just a 2-minute walk away, offers a variety of events and films.
