With stunning views of St. Martins River, invite the entire family to this lovely home and create a perfect and memorable vacation...Hook, Wine & Sinker! Tankless hot water heater, quartz countertops in the kitchen and master bathroom, master bathroom heated floors and blue tooth exhaust speaker, stainless steel appliances, new washer/dryer, new ceramic flooring throughout, freshly painted bedrooms, 65-inch flat screen tv in living room, flat screens throughout, new couch and furnishings.
Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 10. Bring your boat and spend the day navigating miles of open waters with unforgettable views of the Ocean City skyline. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to plan a nice family meal, and the living room is perfectly situated to take in the great views. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. The entire third floor is dedicated to the Master Bedroom and features a private sitting room and a large deck with spectacular views. Bed Sizes: K, 2Q, 2 Twins, and QSS. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN FEES. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. This home is NOT available for high school/college “Beach Week.” Cancellation fee will apply. Home has a door ring camera that monitors the entrance of the home. There are also 3 additional cameras on the corners and middle of the front of the home that monitor the front of the property. The cameras in the rear of the home are inactive during rental season.

Beautiful place. Easier to book the stay through Hilemans realty than this website. House is absolutely beautiful. Spacious. Love the bay and the crab nets they let you use. The drive to the boardwalk is a little bit longer than stated. Have to pay to use the pool. No beach chairs or towels included. We enjoyed our time!

Amazing location

The house was very clean and spacious. Perfect location on the water with great out door seating. Extremely relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Hook Wine and Sinker.

We had a great time. Enjoyed the back deck area kids enjoyed fishing and crabbing on deck. Plenty to do. Great location and house was clean and roomy. The location is great.

Wonderful!

Perfect place for my entire extended family to stay in August. Short trip to everything we needed, plus OC and Assateague. Loved the dock in the back for fishing and crabbing.

Great view!

Overall, we enjoyed our time here. Our children would have preferred a shorter drive to the beach, but I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the great view off the dock at night and felt it was worth the drive.

Our family has been coming to Ocean Pines for over 30 years. Since our family has expanded we rented 3 houses. This year. We loved this house! It is beautiful inside, completely renovated, clean and you can’t beat the view of the bay!

Disappointing

I LOVE Ocean Pines...grew up vacationing here. As far as the view, this was one of the best we’ve had. The landscaping and set up outback was nicely done. Unfortunately, the inside was disappointing. The cleaning crew clearly did not run a vacuum and there was a lot of food/crumbs on the carpet which attracted a lot of ants. We had to clean ourselves. House needs an exterminator or bunch of traps put out. The kitchen smelled, and we spent the first two days killing flys. Keeping the place clean and simple upgrades like replacing dirty, dingy floor mats/blinds/carpets would go a long way to making this a repeat destination. We miss the views but would not return to the house as is. So much potential here though!

Great location and property!

Great week here! Wonderful location on the river. Cannot beat the view from anywhere in the house. Quiet and only a short drive to Ocean City and beyond. The house is very nice and well appointed. Would definitely stay there again!

This property was everything you could ask for in peace and tranquillity

We were a family of 7 looking for a relaxing week in OC and we’re lucky to find this home! This house is the perfect family retreat! The house was clean, spacious, and had a nice open airy feel to it with lots of windows and doorp. The real estate office was easy to deal with, had quick response times, and were very accommodating. We had a great stay here and would reccomend it to anyone looking for a nice place to kick back and take in nature in a perfect setting!
