The Space:
The apartment is located in the quiet rear building in Berlins most bustling district Prenzlauerberg. The former commercial unit is converted into a 3 bedroom apartment and offers 65 m² space for up to 8 guests. The living room offers comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dining table. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Get ready for a truly Berlin experience just a stone's throw away from Mauerpark & Schönhauser Allee.

Appartement spacieux dans un quartier très agréable, Malheureusement le logement est très vétuste, la salle de bain surtout. Et globalement tout était sale. Le point positif est le bon équipement de la cuisine.

Wochenendtrip

Alles in allem war die Wohnung okay. Fürs Wochenende hat es gereicht. Die Lage ist super gut! Der Zugang zur Wohnung war sehr gut. Auch die Ausstattung war in Ordnung (Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine). In der Küche ist der Wasserhahn kaputt. Im Bad ist das Waschbecken viel zu klein. Man kann sich nicht das Gesicht waschen, ohne alles nass zu machen. Es gab keinen Badvorleger und die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig (Seife im Bad mit Wasser verdünnt, sehr dreckiger Boden, schimmelige Dusche)…

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Berlin

Wir waren zu fünft in der Unterkunft; das war ok. Ansonsten alles etwas spärlich ausgestattet. 4 Tassen, 1 Kaffeelöffel… Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht. Sehr kleines Waschbecken. Lage aber top. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Tolle Lage, insgesamt gute Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral im Stadtteil Prenzlauer Berg und es sind diverse Läden, Restaurants, Cafes und Bars direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung schließt an einen Hinterhof an, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Das Bad ist nicht so schön (mini Waschbecken und alles etwas abgenutzt), die Zimmer sind nett, das Schlafsofa in der Wohnküche ist für zwei Personen eher unbequem. Es gab ein weiteres Zimmer (für Person 7+8), dies schien sich aber gerade in der Renovierung zu befinden. Küche ist für 6 Personen etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Es gibt aber einen Kaffeevollautomaten (waren sogar Bohnen drinnen), sodass man den Tag direkt mit einem guten Kaffee starten konnte. Insgesamt absolut zufriendenstellend für einen Kurzurlaub in Berlin! Insgesamt absolut zufriedenstellend

Not recommending the apartment

The location is really perfect, communication with Homaris is very good and they are very reactive. Nevertheless, the appartement was not very clean (dishwasher full, dirt in sleeping room), some items were missing in the kitchen. We were 5 in the apartment, there are 3 rooms with 3 double beds but they let one of my friend sleep on the couch to not use the third room. So we were literally watching TV on the couch which was also her bed for the week.

Schöne Lage, zweckmäßige Unterkunft

Praktische Ausgangslage im Prenzlauer Berg um Berlin zu erleben. Beschreibung der Wohnung nur bedingt zutreffend: Bilder mit Wohnassecoires veraltet. Kissen und Deko nicht mehr vorhanden. Kücheneinrichtung war nicht für 4 Personen vollständig. Nach Kommunikation mit Vermieter wurde aber schnell reagiert, Geschirr aufgefüllt und sogar ein Kaffeevollautomat nachträglich geliefert. (Also Bohnen mitbringen!). Sauberkeit war ok, im Detail waren aber in den Ecken Spinnweben vorhanden und Tische und Stühle klebten etwas. Im grossen Ganzen ist die Unterkunft aber ok.

Very dirty and incomplete.

Did not at all meet the expectations that we had from the photos and information on the website. The appartment was very dirty and several inventory items were either not there or broken or incomplete. We have send an extensive complaint with photos to Homaris (Gastgeber). Waiting for their reaction.
