  • Este es el piso en el que me alojo cuando voy a Berlín. Tiene wifi, una cocina totalmente equipada, sábanas y toallas, y una tele con servicio de streaming por internet (por ejemplo, si tienes una cuenta de Netflix). El agua caliente del baño ya funciona. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, en una zona muy verde, con varios parques infantiles en el Viktoriapark (a 100 metros del piso) y en el parque Gleisdreieck, por donde puedes llegar a la estación de metro de Yorckstrasse en 10 minutos. Cerca de casa hay un Lidl, algunos bares y restaurantes, y varias tiendas (supermercados, tiendas de bicicletas). Ten en cuenta que es difícil encontrar aparcamiento para tu coche. Great location in the Kreuzberg neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants nearby and convenient to public transportation. The apartment was charming and perfect for 2 people.

We waren hier terwijl het heel erg heet was. Het appartement bleef heerlijk koel. Het is een fijne plek, met alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede plek om Berlijn te verkennen.

The apartment was in a nice, quiet area with a fab Indian restaurant across the road. 10 min walk to the station to get the train into central Berlin. Paola who met us was lovely and came back the following evening with some items that were missing. The washing machine was very useful. We were surprised to find items from the previous occupants such as half consumed things in the fridge and a bar of soap in the bathroom. The kitchen was very small and basic, as was the bathroom.

We totally loved our stay at the comfy apartment! It was very clean and quiet. We were quite happy with the response from host with any questions we had and was prompt with getting back to us. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

Rather put off by the tagging on the main door, and the untidiness of the street. Came to realise this was pretty stamdard for Berlin. Reasonsble location for getting to central Berlin. No air conditioning wasn't too bad. An option of a single sheet eould hsve been great. Paolo who let us in was lovely.

Location Location Location!!!

You really can't beat thw location. Just 15min away by foot from the Bergmannstrasse, one of Berlin's coolest streets in my opinion.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host and his colleague were most helpful and the location is excellent for public transport. The apartment is clean and has all facilities.

Easy stay

This is a very easy apartment to stay in. It's location is excellent, the kitchen was great, the bed comfortable. Only downside was that the wifi was a bit sluggish. But overall I recommend staying here. It's a good price for Berlin and a good place to stay.

Comfortably homely

3 months in a perfectly positioned apartment with lift everything you need and Bergmankriez Victoria park and Yorckstrasse all just a few minutes away. Hope to be there again.

A real home from home

As soon as I walked in, I loved it. Paola was really helpful and patient with my limited German. Great location, with plenty of shops, eating places, open space, etc nearby. Easily accessible for tourist spots too. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. I could have happily just moved in then and there!

Wonderful few days

The host was very responsive and helpful. The property was easy to utilize and had everything I needed. Photos online were accurate. Neighborhood has 3 grocery stores in walking dis and a couple parks as well. Away from the city center but still had restaurants etc nearby.

Great stay

The apartment is spacious, pretty, and clean. The neighorhood is very convenient, with S-bahn and U-bahn within walking distance. There are several grocery stores nearby (take your pick: Rewe, Aldi, Lidl) as well as cafes, restaurants, and shops. Viktoria-park is a relaxing place to stroll.

Solid Apartment, better for longer stay

Solid apartment, very spacious, super clean and nicely outfitted. Neighborhood is safe but just not maybe as convenient as others - longer walk to S-Bahn station and close by bus route isn't very direct. Probably more ideal for a longer stay that my short 4-day vacation. Would be a nice place to use as a base for an extended work trip.
