This 750sq ft, 2-bedroom 1-bath home has a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, 3 TVs with streaming access, central a/c, washer/dryer, and parking for 2 cars.

We have numerous board games, puzzles and books for your enjoyment.
We offer outdoor seating for dining and relaxation.

We are a few steps away from the fishing pier, which offers crabbing, floating dock and seating to view the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Assateague Pointe is a gated community with 24-hour security. It offers use of two large pools, 1500-foot fishing and crabbing pier, volleyball, basketball, game room, community clubhouse with Wi-Fi, etc.

Assateague Pointe is centrally located only minutes from Assateague Island, Ocean City beach and boardwalk, amusement parks, golfing, breweries, numerous restaurants and shopping in West Ocean City and downtown Berlin.

Well-appointed small rental

This rental was perfect for my family to spend a few days near Assateague and Ocean City. The kitchen was well-organized and had everything we needed and the living room was stocked with more games than we knew what to do with, but was not cluttered. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and everything worked as it should. The location is perfect as a base to explore Assateague and Ocean City. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great weekend

Well managed property with great communication from the renters. Property had everything we needed. Community had entertainment for our kids between our soccer games including a rec room, fishing, and paddle boats. Beautiful nature to enjoy as well.

Cozy and Quiet

Very clean, comfortable home with a great views and ammenities. We loved being close to Assateague to enjoy the beach and trails, and close enough to West O for restaurants and shopping. Tonya was great to communicate with and checked on us doing our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Late August vacation

The property is very clean and nice. Many thoughtful amenities were provided. The owners checked mid-week to be sure everything was ok. It is walking distance to the pier and a nice pool. The kids really enjoyed it.

Beyond Exceptional

I do not even know how to properly describe the amount of care and thought that Tonya and Rick have put in to this home. They are both two of the nicest people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. Ever detail that you can imagine….and more. Beautiful outdoor space with plenty of seating. A nice outdoor storage container with kids beach and or pool toys. Enter the beautiful home and you will find so much. Washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets, closet with cleaning supplies and vacuum/broom. The bathroom is very spacious. A guest toiletries cabinet located in the bathroom. The beds were so comfortable. Tv with streaming Serivces in every room. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dinning equipment/supplies as well as some basic spices. You think that is more than enough…just wait because there’s more. Keurig machine, blender, toaster, crockpot. Board games, books, toys for toddlers. With this rental you walk into a home, not just a house.

Home away from home

We love staying here. It was our second time. I was so sad to leave! I’ve never felt like that for a place we’ve stayed. Usually you’re ready to get back to your own home. They think of everything in that home. If you forgot something they have it! They are great with communication and really want you to have the best time! Thank you! Can’t wait until next year!!

Peaceful and fun for the whole family

The Bay Ridge House at Assateague point is a great getaway option for a small family or couple. The amenities are abundant and the options for activities in the community are limitless to keep everyone entertained no matter the weather. Crabbing and fishing the pier is a must with little ones. Tonya and Frederick provide a clean and inviting atmosphere with a view of the water and the pier. West Ocean City has all the restaurants you need within a few minutes drive without the traffic of Ocean city. Frontier town is right around the corner with waterslides, mini golf, arcade, and an ice cream parlor. The Newberry's highly recommend you book this vrbo property, you will fall in love with it all!

Nicest Place in Assateague Pointe

We have had family at Assateague Pointe and have been staying at different places there for a few years now, and Tonya and Rick’s Bay Ridge House is the nicest one we have been in! Very clean, and decorated very nicely! Tonya and Rick were very responsive and easy to work with. There were all the essentials you would need, even some kids toys and games! The weather for most of our trip was a little cool, but this house made easy to stay indoors. We recommend this house to everyone, and will be staying here again in the future!

Wonderful community with plenty to keep us busy. The pier was a favorite and the proximity to Assateague parks was super. The house was clean and cared for, with many touches to help us feel comfortable. Would love to come again!

Very nice place to take a vacation

This is our second time at this house. Enjoyed it very much. House is wonderful. Location is close enough to action but also far enough away. Community is very nice. The house has everything you need in case you forget something. The best is the owners. The owners live near by and are happy to help you with any problems, that might come up. Great house for our vacation!

We had such a great time at the home. The owners were so friendly and helpful. They answered any questions we needed and we even got to meet them. The house was perfect! They really thought of everything! It was so cozy and my family loved it. Our 5 year old even loved it and the games they had in the house. The location was great as well! Amazing Assateague Getaway!

The Bay Ridge House on Assateague Pointe truly felt like home! We had been planning this vacation for over six months. Our goals for this simple family vacation were all realized. Every amenity that we needed (and those we never thought we would need, but did) are available here! Tonya and Frederick are wonderful hosts, so gracious and helpful. They ensured that everything was just right for our stay. There are comfortable recliners and a sofa for relaxing, a large TV with HDMI connection and many Internet subscription services available, spacious counter tops that we used for several meals that we prepared, as well as nice sized bedrooms and a larger bathroom. Anyone looking to visit Ocean City, see the Wild Horses on Assateague Island or check out the quaint shops and establishments in Berlin - this is the place to be! Centrally located, private, secure and quiet. We cannot say enough about the Bay Ridge House! We can't wait to come back in the future!

Assateague Pointe propety

The Host was wonderful to work with and went out of their way to welcome us. The house was completely stocked with snacks and personal items just in case you forget something. It is a very quiet neighborhood and great for riding bikes, paddle boating and two pools. It is close to OC and good restaurants. I cannot say enough about this property and neighborhood as this will be my first place to see for availability on my next trip.

We loved everything about The Bay Ridge House! It was so cozy, clean, and just perfect for our little family trip. The neighborhood is so welcoming and everyone is friendly. The pier on the water was our absolute favorite place to walk each night. It is a stunning view. Tonya was amazing the whole time. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! We will be back for sure! 😍
