New for 2025-hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen and living room. New ceiling fans throughout, new lighting, blackout curtains in all bedrooms, and a brand-new HVAC system were all installed last season. Previously, a new ceiling fan and new privacy shades were installed in the screened porch. This property also has newer stainless steel kitchen appliances, outdoor deck off the screened in porch, and exterior gas grill. Bring the family to the beach and vacation in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located on a wooded lot in Ocean Pines. When you enter, you are welcomed by the open space of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The sectional couch offers room for the family to relax after a long day of exploring Ocean City. The kitchen has an oversized table for dining and stainless steel appliances which are always a plus. The sliders in the kitchen open to the screened porch; a prefect place to sit with your morning coffee. The full sized washer and dryer are an added bonus. The living room and all bedrooms have smart tv's. The twin beds are great for the kids, while the older ones will enjoy the privacy of a separate room with a full bed. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, and walk in shower in the master bathroom. Both bathroom showers offer anti slip grip for added safety. The rear of the home has a fenced in yard. Bring some yard games or even a kick ball to entertain the kids in this area. In addition to the screened porch, there is a deck on the side of the home. The deck is perfect for sun bathing, or reading a book in the shade under the oversized deck umbrella. Relax in the hammock as you watch the clouds roll by. Enjoy the George Foreman indoor/outdoor electric grill with removable/washable grill plate, temp control probe, and drip plate. This home offers Xfinity Performance Plus High Speed Internet with the ability to stream ultra-HD video on 8 devices at the same time. Bed sizes: King, Full, 2 Twins, and QSS. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. A great fun filled week

We stay in the pines every year and this house was great for us. Everything was clean and updated. Everyting was as it seemed in the pictures. It had a nice wide driveway which is nice at these places and the fenced in back yard was great for our kids too. We will be trying to book this place again next year!

Home away from Home

We loved our stay at A Wave from it All. The property was absolutely beautiful. Everything was sparkling clean and the property was decorated so well. My favorite part of the property was the screened in porch. It was so nice to sit out and enjoy the peacefulness of the property. There was so much to do close by, so it was the perfect location for us. We were very satisfied and hope to stay again at A Wave from it All. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great Property - Clean and Comfortable

Perfect location in Ocean Pines. The house has been well cared for and had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend stay. It was clean and the furnishings looked new, but more importantly, they were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property and would definitely at this house again.

Exceptional alternative to 'Home'

My entire family applauded me on finding this exceptional home in the 'last ending' of the Memorial Day rush. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe as well. I would highly recommend this property especially if you have a large family.
