  • Newly renovated 2-bedroom penthouse apartment (1 master bedroom with air conditioning and 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a fan), panoramic terrace with ocean views, living room with TV and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, under-counter refrigerator, induction cooktop, combination oven, dishes, and cookware), bathroom with tub, bidet, washing machine, and hair dryer.
    Free private parking space right in front of the building (1 car only)
    Free community pool open daily from June 15 to September 15, located 300 meters from the house.
    Free building shuttle to the beaches of Bergeggi and Torre del Mare, available from June 15 to September 15 (see the photos for the schedule).
    A crib or bassinet is available for children up to 1 year old.
    Sheets and shower towels are included.
    The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator.
    Ideal for couples and families.
    Very quiet and peaceful setting.
    The beach is about a 15-minute walk down the steps that wind through the village and lead to the sea.
