Guest Access:
Parking is available in a single car garage attached to the home. A code will be provided to access the garage and front door. Additional street parking is available in front of the home. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above.

Other Things to Note:
Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.

Security Deposit: Upon check in, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.

Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.

Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

Location was great for biking everywhere. We could see the 4th fireworks from the street/window. Had a lovely family weekend. The accommodations were clean and modern. Great for what we needed. Wish there were blackout shades in the bedrooms but otherwise it was great.

Very nice to have a garage to keep our bikes in. This will now be on our checklist. Nice location. Easy walk/bike ride to restaurants etc. The set up was very nice. Good stay.

Excellent place other than the ceiling fans on high speed weren’t really high speed, more like super low speed. Other than that, the place was in a convenient area to ride bikes wherever we needed to go.

We did a quick getaway and this was the perfect place to do it. Location is great and condo is clean and has all you need. Well, except games or rainy day activities. Garage is a great addition. Would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing!! Spotless and still had that "brand new" smell. Decor is so stylish and posh. The kitchen had everything we needed to have adult beverages and to create a great charcuterie board. Within walking distance to the square - heck, we even walked to Crystal Bridges! Note- there is construction going on across the street, but to be fair, there is construction going on all over Bentonville, so you would be hard-pressed to find a property that wasn't in a construction zone. Would definitely stay again!!

Very clean, nice, new and white. Location is convenient to downtown. One warning is there is a large apartment development under construction directly across the street and the saws, hammers, etc., start about 7:00 am. Two pieces of advice for the owner…I would add dark-out curtains to the two bedrooms and light dimmers in the living and kitchen areas.

Townhome was very nice and new! Loved having a garage for my car. There is construction going on close by, but was never an issue with noise, just some detour on streets close by. Able to walk to restaurants, town square, bike shop and various attractions. Owner was able to accommodate our requests which was great. I would stay there again and recommend it!
