Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Pets are not allowed at any time on the property. No parties, events, or large gatherings. This home is best suited for small groups or families. No eating in the beds or bedrooms. Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violating any house rules will result in a $250 fine for the guest, plus any damages and/or extra cleaning costs.
