A place to gather with Family + Friends. Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and close to some of the best MTB trails Northwest Arkansas has to offer. We have created a getaway that is spacious, homey, and unique. On the border of Bentonville + Bella Vista, you are close to biking, hiking, shopping, and golfing. Enjoy the 7 seat hot tub, oversized picnic table, a fenced in yard for kids to run and play, a 75" TV, 2 car garage, 2 washer/dryers, and more! We sleep 13 in: 2 king beds, 1 queen bunk bed with 1 twin over, 2 twin beds, 1 twin bunkbed, and 1 full bed. Our welcome book provides local knowledge on the trail system and recommends some great places to eat. We hope you chose to stay with us!

*Maximum dog limit is 2. There is a pet fee of $100.

This was our second time staying here and I booked our third time before we even left. Rob is easy to get a hold of if anything is needed and provides a home that has absolutely everything you could need. I even asked him to get a bike stand for the garage last time and he did. Everything needed to cook, comfortable beds, good water pressure, an amazing yard that my dogs thoroughly enjoyed. I didn't want to leave. It's very quiet on a dead end street. Plenty of privacy.

Everything for this property was great! The house was perfect for our family gathering for Thanksgiving! The house was ready to go when we got there at check in time! The kitchen table sat everyone for meals, games, and general hanging out! The downstairs living area was perfect for watching games on tv! It was nice to have a washer & dryer downstairs in addition to the main floor. The jacuzzi and fire pit were perfect for outdoor time! All general supplies were included! We cooked all of our meals in the house, including full Thanksgiving dinner! We had an amazing family week!

This was our first trip to Bentonville. Rob was an excellent host. Even though it rained for four days, we still had a wonderful time. I really enjoyed the porches on this property. I would definitely rent again.

Rob was a great host, I almost never give all 5's, but he earned them from early communication, to reaching out day of, to let us know we could get in early, to the amazing set up and layout of his property. Games, cooking equipment & so much more!!! Thank you Rob for an amazing time!

Great for bikers and dogs, and people, probably kids

This is a really large property but we booked it for just the two of us and our dogs because of the yard. The house is great, the kitchen has every thing that you could possibly need, slow cooker, coffee grinder, waffle maker (s) , lots of dishes, grilling utensils, pots, pans, double oven, etc. The outdoor space was fantastic, fire pit, charcoal grill, large picnic table. The best part is the giant fenced in yard. We have small dogs and they were safe running around. The garage was large to keep all of your bikes in. The bed was comfy, the water pressure was good. I can't say enough good things about this property. The only thing we would have liked was a bike stand in the garage which I did ask for so maybe it will be there soon! You can ride out of the house onto the bike trails or drive a few minutes and be at any other number of starting points.

Great for family stay.

We had grandparents with us. We all had plenty of room, enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and lounging in the hot tub. Would stay here again and again!

Family and Friends Getaway!

The house was fabulous! Very clean and excellent communication with the homeowners the whole time. The location was great for kid activities and mountain bike riding. The house hosted couples plus 6 kids under the age of six with plenty of activities! We will definitely be back!

Great House for Family Gatherings

This house was a great place for my large family to meet for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed. Because it has 3 full bathrooms there was never a line for showers. The downstairs was great for the kids to play and the grown-ups to watch football. Upstairs, we played many games around the big table. Great house for family get togethers.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Property is nice and as described. Owners are top notch and very communicative. They price matched, were willing to let us arrive early (we couldn’t get there early though) and made sure we had what we needed for a quick getaway. We highly recommend! Thank you Staci & Rob!!
