Open floor plan featuring: Dining, Living, and Kitchen area all in One.
Weekly rentals 6/9-9/9.
Before & after those dates available for 2 night minimum stay. 2 Bedrooms: Master has Queen bed.
2nd bedroom has twin bed and bunk beds.
Queen sofa sleeper in living room.
Large front porch with dining table, and sitting area to enjoy the sun while relaxing
and taking in the fresh outdoors. Gas and charcoal grills available.
Deck on rear of unit has table to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the
Tennis Courts- Tennis rackets/balls provided.
Outdoor community pool are a few short steps away from the unit, and basketball court also.
First Street Beach is walking distance 0.4 mile or you can drive to 1 of the many other beaches.......

The house was clean and in a perfect location , close to everything ! The pool was nice , perfect place for a girls weekend celebrating a bride to be !

House and decor are cute and beachy. Pool was nice, clean and heated. This lower level unit is great for families as the second bedroom has a built in bunk bed and a twin bed which would accommodate 3 children. It is a quick drive down the street to the beaches of South Haven.

Staying at the Octagon House in South Haven was perfect! Close to the beach, downtown and a short drive into Douglas and Saugatuck. The pool was warm and clean, there was plenty of space in and out. The wildlife was also nice. It was an easy check in process as well. It was a perfe t get away spot and we hope to come back.

Long weekend with lifelong girlfriends was an amazing time in this beautiful town. The property rental had a great location and convenient to beaches and harbor for dining and shopping. We are going to make this an annual trip!

We loved our stay here! The condo is cozy and clean with everything we needed. Our kids loved having pool access and a large yard to play in, and beaches were easily accessible with just a short drive. The patio space is great as well.

This is a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything we need. The pool is a favorite and the condo is a good size for a couple or small family. The hosts are wonderful and we've enjoyed our stay here for the last several years.

We had a nice stay at this cozy Octagon for a September family weekend. Our host was helpful with our parking situation and very responsive to questions. About 5 minutes drive to downtown South Haven, which worked well for us. Thanks!

We had a great stay in the Octagon house. Property was clean and felt very safe. Location was close to everything but far enough away to be relaxing. Patti was a great, responsive host. Pool was nice and big! No net on the tennis court but we still had fun on it playing slightly modified games. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again

This was our second July stay at the Octagon House. Condo is clean and pretty well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Deer and other wildlife can he spotted off the back porch. We made good use of the pool and tennis court.

The location is great, close to town but quiet with privacy. The pool was great, the kids loved it when they were not swimming in the cold lake. The unit was very comfortable, no lumpy or overly hard beds which can happen in rental places. The kitchen was had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great stay. Patti and Dan were very responsive when I had a question. I would recommend this place and will likely try to book it again for another South Haven vacation.

Stayed the entire week prior to my daughters wedding and enjoyed beautiful weather at this very cozy location. Quiet and safe as well. Enjoyed the large patio, pool area, walking in the area and bike rides to near by beaches as well as downtown South Haven shopping district. Farmers market Wednesday and Saturday was so nice. Would definitely recommend this home to others for a relaxing stay.

We stayed at the house in June. The property was well kept and had the cutest decor. We stayed with our two young daughters and they absolutely loved the “bunk” room. Plenty of options for them to sleep in. Check in was a breeze and all the info was provided in an email and again when you enter the house. The hosts were wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

This was the perfect location for us. Everything we needed was here. Loved having space to spread out - especially love the deck. It was so nice to enjoy the lovely weather. Questions were answered timely and the hosts were very helpful. It was clean and smelled fabulous when we arrived. Will definitely share this place with family and friends!

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this property. It is one of my favorite getaways! Relaxing and rejuvenating. The property is clean, comfortable, and has everything you could need. It is close to amazing restaurants, shopping, beaches and beautiful hiking spots. I will be back again!

Great location lovely place. Mattress is on the firn side. Just wish they had a long mirror for out fit checks but no big deal otherwise .
