The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 39 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Upstairs
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 and 4: two single beds
