Situated on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 22 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Bed linen and towels are available at an extra charge – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- A bathroom with a bath.
