  • "Casa Libra es una importante villa independiente en una parcela muy grande de 1600m2. Se encuentra en una ubicación tranquila con maravillosas vistas a solo unos minutos en automóvil de varias playas y calas que ofrecen restaurantes y entretenimiento nocturno. Entrando por puertas eléctricas a un largo camino que proporciona un amplio estacionamiento. Unos pocos escalones conducen a la puerta principal y se abren a un espacioso y luminoso pasillo que cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles con baño. Al salir del pasillo, hay una cocina muy grande con todas las comodidades, una barra de desayuno de granito y un lavadero separado que ofrece más espacio de almacenamiento, una nevera extra para bebidas, una lavadora y un lavaplatos. Hay una gran sala de recepción con chimenea y una gran televisión que ofrece televisión en español, alemana y británica. Usted sale a través de las puertas del patio a una gran naya con barbacoa de gas y una gran mesa de comedor, con la gran piscina de 11 x 6 metros más allá. Desde el pasillo, una amplia escalera conduce a un gran rellano con áreas de descanso, tres habitaciones dobles y un baño para invitados. Desde la terraza, una amplia escalera exterior conduce a la terraza de la piscina y una selección de asientos y áreas con sombra. Se accede al segundo piso a través de una escalera de caracol externa desde la terraza y encontrará un gran solárium con vistas de 360 grados y la entrada a una habitación grande con dos camas individuales. La villa cuenta con calefacción central de gas, aire acondicionado, ventanas de doble acristalamiento con mosquiteras y persianas de seguridad manuales que funcionan internamente. La casa es un auténtico dormitorio de seis, 12 adultos, en habitaciones confortables. Hay amplios cubiertos, vajilla y utensilios de cocina. Viene con licuadora, microondas, hervidor, cafetera, cocina de gas, horno y nevera-congelador.
    Hay un montón de espacio exterior alrededor de la piscina y en el jardín, donde hay áreas de juegos y muchas áreas tranquilas y una cama doble suspendida para una mayor relajación. La piscina se beneficia del sol desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer. El tamaño de la parcela significa que es poco probable que el ruido de las propiedades vecinas afecte su disfrute, y tampoco debería afectar el suyo.

A little paradise in the hills

A fantastic Villa comfortably accommodating 4 adults and 5 children with very generous entertaining space and all amenities expected of an accommodation of this type. We would strongly recommend to all those interested.

Great for a family getaway holiday

Just spent a fantastic couple of days with some friends at this wonderful villa. There is so much space, plenty of bathrooms/showers and all-round excellent facilities - including a great pool, table-tennis, darts, music sound system, big screen TV with Sky channels etc. Super garden area with sun loungers and cool shaded areas. The property has a huge kitchen as well as BBQ facilities and we hardly wanted to go out, or leave ! The local area has plenty of shops/supermarkets/bars/restaurants etc within easy reach but you must have a car to get up to the villa (and down to the beach) - but once there, the views are superb. Highly recommended.

Fantastic villa in nice area

Family holiday in the villa for two weeks. Verry spacious and well equipped. Pool and outside area superb. We spent most of our time here without feeling the need to venture out. Plenty of space to relax and the children loved the pool. Aircon was appreciated for those hot evenings and cooling the bedrooms before going to sleep. Owners were very helpful and communicative with suggestions for places to eat. Moraira itself is a nice area, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Not too far from Benidorm for days out at the water parks. Overall we would certainly stay here again. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Stunning Villa

The villa was wonderful, better than the pictures, there was so much space both inside and outside the villa that you never felt crowded. The pool was lovely and warm and it was a pool you could swim in being 14 meters long. Inside the villa nothing was left to chance with everything modern, comfortable and new. We would all return to this wonderful villa in the future 5 out of 5. One point - nothing to do with the villa is that taxi's in Moraira are only 4 seater taxi's (no people carriers for 6 / 8) so if you want to go by taxi to / from Moraira for parties over 5 - 2 taxi's are required. Silly rule that needs changing. The restaurants in Moraira were as good as ever especially Cava, The Olive and Toni's and the beach bar about a mile from the villa was also excellent. However as stated the villa, was 5 out of 5 as was the information and booking procedure operated by Colin and Sandra - Thank you both

Lovely Villa

We had a great 2 weeks at Casa libra. Lovely spacious place with tons of outdoor space. The kitchen was really well equipped and there are 2 fridges which really helped. We had a memorable time and have come back with loads of great memories.

Wir haben mit drei Familien den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wirklich alles, was man irgendwie in den Ferien mal brauchen kann. Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Flott område og flott og romslig bolig

Vi var 10-11 personer som var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Topp for grilling, og med en flott loungegroup og utendørs spisebord for 12 personer som ble mye benyttet. Området byr på mange flotte strender, og gode restauranter.

Excelente casa

Magnifica propiedad, en todo momento nos hemos sentido atendidos. Grandes comodidades en salón, cocina. Buen aire acondicionado. Pequeños detalles a mejorar como la mosquitera de una habitación o el agua caliente en la ducha de uno de los baños de la planta baja. Excelente porche para "hacer vida" en el exterior. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia, ojalá podamos volver

Séjour détente près de Calp

S'il fallait résumer : séjour parfait ! On est en vacances dans une superbe maison... tout en se sentant presque comme chez soit. Tout l'essentiel est là, et il y a en plus tous les détails qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Avant même l'arrivée, nous avons eu de bons échanges (en anglais) et une procédure d'arrivée aux petits oignons, avec quelques conseils pour débuter le séjour (où faire ses courses, ...). Une fois sur place, la maison correspond bien au descriptif, tout comme la piscine, le jardin... et tout est absolument nickel. Nous étions 3 familles de 4. On n'a jamais eu l'impression de se marcher dessus durant le séjour. Parfait pour 12 ! La cuisine est grande, bien équipée, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Les plus : - beau barbecue au gaz sur la terrasse, avec tout le matériel (bac à légumes, ...) - Plein d'épices, huile, , sans doute les réserves des précédents occupants, mais qu'est-ce que c'est agréable de cuisiner dans ces conditions quand on a oublié d'acheter un ou deux trucs. Le salon séjour est vaste avec une grande télé moderne (diffusion de contenu multimédia possible), enceinte connectée, wifi rapide, canapé confortable, clim. Passons aux chambres : confortables, chacune avec la clim sauf celle dans la tour. 3 sont liées aux 3 salles de bains (parfait pour nous : une salle de bain par famille). Il faisait très chaud quand nous sommes arrivés et là est le seul point un peu négatif : difficile de bien dormir dans la chambre de la tour, qui est à destination plutôt d'enfants en raison de la hauteur de toit. Mais ce n'était pas catastrophique en faisant attention à bien aérer pendant la nuit, et fermer le jour. Côté extérieur, la piscine est belle, parfaitement propre. Il y a tout pour lézarder autour : bains de soleil, canapé extérieur, grand parasol orientable. Une table de ping pong est sur le côté, à l'ombre, pour ceux qui aiment moins lézarder. Côté pratique : lave vaisselle, lave linge, tout ce qu'il faut pour étendre, nettoyer, ... Pour parler de l'environnement : le quartier est beaucoup en pente. Il y a un supermarché et de l'essence à 5/10 minutes en voiture. Idem pour les plages (très chargées en aout :) ). Calp ne nous a pas paru passionnant... mais un public plus jeune aimera sans doute. Le Penõn est à faire pour la photo souvenir en haut (et la vue, attention, c'est une sortie nécessitant un bon minimum physique) Moraira par contre semble très agréable. Altea un peu plus loin est à voir côté vieille ville.

Friends and Family get holiday

The photos really don't do this property justice. It is stunning. The setting and views are amazing and its so tranquil. The pool is great, much needed in the height of summer! The Villa is a great size for 12, we were a party of 3 x 4 pax per family. Everything has been thought of which makes it so easy. All families had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Perfekt stay!

Vi var 4 voksne og 5 barn som bodde to uker i denne nydelige villaen. Alt vi trengte var der. Vi hadde deilige dager med bading, grilling, bordtennis og late timer i solsengene. Perfekt for både voksne og barn. Nydelig utsikt samt stille og rolig. Denne villaen er helt perfekt. Utleier er veldig behjelpelig å lett å få tak i. Dette huset gjorde ferien vår til en super opplevelse.

Wonderfully spacious modern villa with glorious views over the valley and towards the sea

Just returned from 2 wonderful weeks at Casa Libra. The villa was located up a hill in a commanding position. The main attraction is the lovely outdoor area including the pool. There was a huge open plan kitchen / dining/ living area with full Sky TV package, wi-fi also worked well. All bedrooms were well furnished with air conditioning. Lovely little extras including English socket adapters in various locations added to the general thoughtfulness of the owners. An added bonus was the security of the villa with excellent alarm features giving added safeness to our belongings whenever we left the villa. Our party of 11 (3 families) all agreed that this was, by far, the best villa we have stayed at in the area and we have visited many times over the last 5 years. We would gladly stay again.

Casta Libra

Beautiful and spacious and very inviting. Loved it by the pool and the place was very clean and tidy. The surroundings and views are spectacular, there are two beaches that are only a 10 minute drive away. The bars and clubs are nice and lively and the restaurants did great food which is also good value. Overall a great holiday and looking forward to next year!

Casa Libra Moraira

Very welcoming, warm, spacious and comfortable property. The layout is perfect especially for large families or large groups of people. Very clean and well maintained. The views are fantastic. The beaches, bars and restaurants are local, but also good for a night in property as there is Sky TV and a speaker that provides a bluetooth connection and radio. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family and will be going back later on this year. I actually can not wait to get back into that massive pool!

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful holiday here. The villa is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were super comfy. The outside area is beautiful with a large pool and a great view. The villa has sky tv. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property!

We were greeted by Christina who made sure we had everything we needed. The property was more than we could have expected! The beds were super comfy and very clean. Our ensuite was a good size and we felt like we had the place to ourselves despite being in a group. The welcome pack meant we didn't have to head straight off to the shops and could spend a while settling in. The pool was great for the kids and the toys added a nice touch. It's only a short drive to town and we will definitely be back!
