Newly renovated, air-conditioned approx. 95 sqm apartment, first line with sea views on the Costa Blanca. 45 kilometers north of Alicante in the Province of Alicante in the Valencian Community of Spain. Approximately 10-15 minutes on foot to the city center. Secure parking space behind the house. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 spacious living room, kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge and freezer, large balcony with sea view, south facing position. Several leisure activities in the surrounding area for young and old. Shops, bars and restaurants directly on site.

Bon accueil, apparemment conforme à l’annonce, mais mauvaise insonorisation ( bruits de pas, chaise, musique et travaux dans l’appartement d’à côté ( perceuse pendant 3 jours ). Après envoi SMS pour le départ, pas de réponse et personne n’est venu, obligé de laisser les clés dans la boîte à lettres vu que nous avions 650km à faire.

Perfect Location

Prior to the holiday, communications with Anja were really good. On arrival, the lovely Anna met us with the keys and showed us around. The apartment was very clean and fresh and was superbly-equipped. (The only item we had to obtain was a shopping trolley which we were happy to leave behind).The location was fabulous! there are lots of walks available (without hills), there's an excellent No 2 Bus Service and there are lots of restaurants/snack bars nearby.

Booked a week's holiday here. Wow, apartment was perfect, had everything plus more that you could ask for. Good communication with owner and housekeeper easily contacted if any issues. Old town is perfect with a lovely walk into the main town of Benidorm. Cannot fault this place. Would definitely return.

Great place location and host

Very clean, organized and easy check in. Fresh sea air breeze. Aramis restaurant downstairs is great. I highly recommend their gyro. Parking is convenient and private. Host is super nice and responsive. Overall I highly recommend this. We will be back

Perfect location

The location is fantastic with great views. Close to bars & cafes but still in a peaceful area. Beach is right outside the apartment building. There is a car park to the rear. Host and caretaker replied and sorted any issues promptly. We stayed with grandparents and children, six people in total. Only small issue, could do with a bit more storage. But we got round this. Will be staying again in the future.

Ausblick zum verlieben

Ja, der Blick auf dem Foto ist wirklich der, den man aus dem Appartement hat. Das Meer ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Altstadt von Benidorm ist sehr schön und es gibt einige gute Restaurants. Das Wasser ist klar, der Strand ohne Steine und (zumindest um Pfingsten) absolut nicht überlaufen. Wir können das Appartement absolut empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Anja und die Schlüsselübergabe mit Doreen waren ebenfalls sehr angenehm und freundschaftlich. 5 Sterne......

Holiday

The apartment is on the 4th floor above a cafe directly on the front of Poniente beach...fab views. Quite a few bars/restaurants/cafes/shops along the way into the old town..which takes about 15/20 mins to walk into...all flat! Then into the new town. The host is quick replying to queries too. Checking out time is 10am although vrbo advised us it was 11...so that was a bit of a panic as the housekeeper came and we weren't ready but she was ok about it...overall its a good apartment and has everything you need...

Great apartment, well equipped, ideal location, no Internet

The apartment is nice, bright, spacious, comfy and well equipped. There's really everything you might need on holiday. No problem with moving check-in and out time to adjust to flight time. 4th floor, beachfront, fantastic view. There's an elevator. The location is perfect if you're interested in the calmer, family oriented side of Benidorm with a beautiful and not overcrowded beach. Around 2,5 km walk to the lively center. If you want party town, I'd suggest something closer to Levante beach. There are plenty of great bars and restaurants around Poniente as well though, so no need to go far away. Downsides: -could be a bit cleaner, the towels were damp on our arrival so we washed them (washing machine available, so not a big deal) -local housekeeper does not speak a word of English, only Spanish, but seems nice and friendly -tap was leaking a bit -there's some electricity problem, when the AC, oven and washing machine were on at the same time, circuit breakers were cutting electricity -Internet cable was cut. Even though we reported this to the owner and housekeeper a few hours after check-in, the cable was not replaced for the whole stay of 9 days :/ so no Internet on site, had to use mobile phones with roaming tariff All in all I would gladly stay there again.

Ideal!!

El piso está muy bien. Muy completo. Con aire acondicionado y WiFi. La cocina bien equipada. Los dormitorios también bien, aunque en la habitación del fondo yo podría una persiana o similar porque entra mucha luz. Por lo demás tiene unas vistas inigualables!! La situación está muy bien, en una zona tranquila y con una playa estupenda. Sí podemos no dudo que repetiremos!! Ah!! Y la atención de Anja y Doreen es inmejorable!!! Superatentas en todo momento y dispuestas a ayudar! Gracias por todo!!

Beautiful apartment

We had sich a lovely stay, the housekeeper i could have taken her home with me. We only booked3 days wasnt enough. Couldn't book anymore as someone else got in there. There is everything in there that you could possibly need. It was really good and if i was to come back here i would try to go there. We are now in a hotel my son as roaches in his room we have a massive puddle in our room. So sorry i didnt book longer and this dump was twice the price of that lovely palace.
