Fancy, beautiful and friendly hotel! The staff were all nice and kind. Rooms were large and spacious. Walking distance to the beach was also good. And great food available at the restaurant. Amari SPICE Penang
Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

大変清潔、かつ、ラグジュアリーな客室で、スタッフのホスピタリティも素晴らしい。朝食も大変美味しかったです。歴史地区からはGrab taxiで10分ほどです。
