Deschutes County Tax Property DCCA #1079. THE RIDGE AT SUNRIVER UNIT 20. A short walk or bike ride to Sunriver Village and Fort Rock Park and right next door to the SHARC water and sledding park (passes not included), this 2nd floor Condo at The Ridge is a spacious 1,346 sq.ft. and sleeps six. This condo features vaulted ceilings, skylights, lots of windows with private woodland views, a large master suite with king bed, Jacuzzi bathtub and bathroom, plus a comfortable guest bedroom with twin beds, full guest bathroom, a large fully-equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless steel sink and appliances, including full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove top and oven, microwave and dishwasher, and a spacious newly-furnished great room with new gas fireplace insert and dining area. This condo comes complete with two large screen TV's, Cable, Sony surround sound, free high-speed Internet access and Wi-Fi, full size washer and dryer, and a Weber gas BBQ grill and new deck furniture outside on the private sun deck. In addition, the unit includes a new sleeper sofa and comes with four bikes to enjoy the over 20 miles of paved scenic bike trails. The Ridge's private pool, hot tub, community room, tennis and pickleball court are a few steps from the front door. Sunriver Village is a pleasant one-mile stroll past the SHARC on a wooded trail. The Village features a grocery store, several coffee shops, two bike shops, a bakery, the popular Goody's old-fashioned ice cream parlor, several good restaurants and pubs, bookstore, game store, tackle shop, and a variety of other shops. Sunriver Lodge is only 2 miles away with fine dining, more shopping, and a highly rated golf course, driving range and 9-hole putting course. The SHARC is Sunriver's popular water park which is located right next door to The Ridge, a short walk away (passes not included). The SHARC features water slides, a lazy floating river, and several indoor and outdoor pools for all ages. The SHARC also features an outdoor disc golf course, year-round sledding hill, basketball court, bocci ball, and amphitheater for Summer concerts. SHARC passes are not included with rental. Fort Rock Park is a pleasant one-mile walk featuring playgrounds, ball fields, basketball and pickleball courts. For those few very hot Summer evenings our condo at The Ridge does not have central air conditioning but does have two portable AC units, one ceiling and three portable fans, windows that open to let in the cool evening air, plus a Coolaroo shade on the deck to block the afternoon sun. Most homes and condos in Sunriver do not have central air conditioning because they are not needed most days of the year due to the cool evenings. Deschutes County Tax Property DCCA #1079.

This was an enjoyable stay. The property was very clean and exactly how it was described online. Overall, the check in process was easy, but be sure you read the office hours before arriving and call for arrangements if arriving after hours. We didn’t actually use the pool or spa since it was cold and the kids enjoyed the large tub in the condo instead.

Everything was pristine. The reason for 4 stars is no propane when we started to Bbq our steaks. It was disappointing since the rest of our dinner was almost done. .The beds are very hard. We did not sleep well. I have owned vacation rentals at the Inn of the 7th, lincoln city, and on the Big Island of Hawaii. My beds were to die for comfortable. I made sure of it. I since am retired and use VRBO. My properties were sold before retirement. With the exception of my Hawaiian home. The volcano took it about 7 years ago. The only one I wanted to keep! It makes a huge difference in quality of stay to have a great bed to sleep on when away from home. Its cheaper to buy firm mattresses. They last longer but do nothing to add to your customers experience overall. I had a big repeat customer base due to comfort.

Beautiful, excellently maintained property. Very spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities. Portable air conditioning is helpful for hot days, but accompanied by cool nights just required opening windows. The place is upstairs and beautiful! Great location and very approachable host.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was close to shopping, had miles of trails for walking, biking, running, etc... Wish we had more time to spend in the area. Will absolutely consider it again for our next visit.

Great Clean Condo

Nice convenient location. Pool and tennis court are across the street which was great. The bikes are beach cruisers and were slightly too big for our kids but renting bikes in the village was easy. We didn’t do any cooking during our quick stay so I can’t speak to the kitchen amenities. Nice large peninsula though. No AC but we were fine. Manager/owner was prompt and easy to communicate with.

The listing was incorrect which made me knock it down 2 stars. In the listing it said it had AC and it did not, they had a little unit but it didn’t cool the whole place. Opening the windows helped but not enough. I double checked the listing before booking I really wanted a place with AC since it was going to be hot.We did really enjoy the pool and the location and the bikes! The place was nice as well, just not cool.

Wonderful Peaceful Condo

Great 2 bedroom condo with everything that is needed for a relaxing stay. The pool and tennis court were major pluses for us. The pool was not busy but the SHARC was packed. Lucky us we didn't need to go to the SHARC! Their were 4 adult working beach cruiser bikes...we brought our little guy's bike so we had what we needed. In fact, we biked every day and saw deer on every ride we went on. Loved being upstairs where no one was walking above us. We saw deer from the back deck across the bike path one morning. Perfect location. Portable AC was nice and a fan in every room. It was a hot week and the temps inside were perfect. Condo manager was friendly and helpful. We did check out the Lava River cave and that was fun! You will need mega lumen flashlights to see down there if you decide to go. We would definitely stay at this condo again sometime!

Spring break trip

It was smooth trip over spring break and loved the location of this place. Close to the village and the sharc which was nice and it was spacious, clean, and had everything that we needed. All we had to do was shop for food and drink and we could cook and grill our food while we were there. Will definitely be staying there in the future.

Window on the world of Sunriver

My brother and I (both retired) had a nice 5 nite stay at Mark's condo. The patio is right next to the bike trail so we enjoyed watching families of all ages stroll, bike and jog thru the woods. We also had an early view of the big dipper each evening we were there. (We also went to the Observatory one evening.) What I didn't realize before we got there (in the hottest week of the year 90+ temps), was that the condo is not air conditioned, and is on the second story. I cannot fault the listing but rather my lack of focus when reserving the spot. The pool and hot tub for the condo was conveniently across the street and not crowded for the hot hot days we were having. Fortunately the nights at Sunriver cool off and we were able to be comfortable with open windows and the fans provided by the condo. We also adjusted our plans to be out of the condo during the hottest late afternoon hours. Parking was convenient. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen supplied with all the basics, and laundry supplied with detergent, etc. Overall we had a relaxing and enjoyable - if hot - week at Sunriver.

Beautiful Get Away

Really loved this property. Even without air conditioning, the apartment got cool enough during the June summer. It was a beautiful place to stay and very very clean. The check in process was easy and it was in a beautiful location. Would recommend to anyone especially with a family!

Brilliant Getaway!!!

Our stay at Mark’s condo was fantastic! The condo was impeccably clean and comfortable. The check-in/out process was very smooth, making the whole experience seamless and stress free -AND the amenities truly exceeded our expectations! It was evident, that every detail, was thoughtfully considered to ensure a memorable stay for guests. Overall, we cannot recommend Mark’s place enough for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun getaway; -SO much to do there; a GREAT spot in beautiful Sunriver; thank you Mark!!!

Nice Condo

Nice condo, clean, and as described. There was soap and sponge for the sink, dishwasher pods, and detergent for laundry. The only complaint would be the washer capacity was smaller than expected.

Grandkid getaway

This is the perfect spot for a family vacation. The biking trail is right outside along with a nice quiet pool right across the parking lot. The condo is a nice floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen including a bbq.

Great condo and nice location

We really enjoyed this condo. It was a great location -- close to the Village, and we also loved having a tennis/pickleball court on site, as well as a pool that's never too crowded. The condo is a spacious two bedroom, very clean and updated. Great place to stay!
