This condo offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. The kitchen opens up to a large living and dining area so no one will feel left out. Two large bedrooms also come with their own bathroom. Guests can also take advantage of the condos deck and lawn area to experience Central Oregon's sunny weather.

The Quelah complex offers guests exclusive access to private tennis courts, over two acres of green and park space, plus its own pool and hot tub! The complex is also within easy walking distance to the SHARC aquatic and fitness center, which has family fun for a daily fee. Sunriver offers miles of walking and biking paths and is just 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September.
This home also includes shared access to a private pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nasty Neighbors & Needs Updating | Great Location

We've stayed in Quelah condos for several years now and have been going to Sunriver for close to 30 yrs. The location is great and the back lawn is lovely. But, things need to get much better: 1. The next door neighbor in Quelah 7 is downright nasty. They live there and just don't like vacationers. The woman literally yelled at my wife and sister. She was patronizing and just mean. Completely unacceptable. 2. The condo needs some real upgrades and updates. The space itself is great. When we arrived, there was a coffee machine, but no coffee pot. There was no dish soap or laundry detergent. The range works intermittently. The TV is from the 90s. The dining room table chairs are probably the most uncomfortable dining chairs I have ever sat on. They need more cutting boards. It's really dark. There basically are no ceiling lights. The list goes on. Mostly, things just need to be updated and upgraded. The price keeps going up each year, but the updates and upgrades don't happen. Sunriver is a slice of heaven. Quelah condos are a great location. This condo could be great. But it leaves a lot to be desired at this price point.

Not what expected

This condo is titled "Modern" but there is nothing modern about this condo. It is very dated and needs quite the upgrade. Both bathrooms had shower curtains filled with mold, the sheets smelled like they hadn't been washed, some of the towels were dirty, and the vent in the dining room (on the ceiling) was filthy. The chairs on the upstairs balcony are unusable. They were both broken. They list pool and hot tub as an amenity but do not explain the hassle of using the pool and hot tub. You have to pay to use it and you have to reserve a time for the pool with no more than 8 people in a group. This was not explained in the listing. There were a lot of frustrated people at the pool to the point where the police were called (not by us) because of the frustration. The quiet hours and check out times were confusing because online it states a specific hour and the binder that was in the house with information had a different hour than the listing online. The condo was conveniently located near the Village which was nice.

dirty dishes , dirty towell hanging on bedroom door , clothes left in dresser , no dish soap , no hand soap , pay $20.00 to use pool not mentioned when we rented

The location of this property is very good being centrally located in Sunriver. The condo is a nice size with three roomy bedrooms. However it is a bit dated and in need of an update. In the midst of a pandemic we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. We had to purchase our own cleaning supplies and wipe down counters and tables ourselves. The management company was very responsive and helpful not only with a cleaning credit but when one of the upstairs sinks developed a drainage issue. We were disappointed in the addition of a daily pool fee that we didn’t know about. Also we kept our bikes in the unit as there was no direction or key to access the bike storage area. Overall we didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth.

Quelah 8

Rental process and check in is a breeze. Have stayed at Different Quelah condos over the years. Really love the property because of location, pool, hot tub and tennis courts. There were 7 ladies in our group and we had no issue with the size of our unit, fortunately no princesses so no issues with only having 2 bathrooms. Please fix one of the bikes. 4 of us wanted to ride but only 3 bikes were operational. Otherwise absolutely no issues.
