This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has everything you need for your next Sunriver Getaway.

Main living room is a cozy space for playing family games and has a fireplace, TV and DVD player. You will find a spacious, remodeled kitchen, perfect for preparing a family meal or entertain in the open kitchen/family room design with seating for up to 12.

Downstairs you'll find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and attached full bathroom.

Head upstairs where you will find a loft area to cozy up with a book, and two additional bedrooms. Bedroom one is a queen bedroom, bedroom 2 has two twin bunk beds. There is a shared full bathroom here.

There is a large mud room, and a washer and dryer to make sure you have all of the comforts of home. This home has two portable AC units (1 for upstairs, 1 for downstairs).

The backyard is really the star of the show here. Enjoy the flagstone paved patio and grassy area for an afternoon BBQ or jump in the private hot tub after a long day of adventuring in Sunriver.

This home is pet-friendly, dogs only. Fees apply

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Beautiful property

What a beautiful property had everything we needed to make us comfortable, and we felt very comfortable! Even though we only used the downstairs was so enjoyable and we would definitely come back maybe bring the grandkids!

Picturesque outside with comfy furnishings and calming landscape. Bikes, hot tub towels for the pool provided. Well appointed kitchen but not cluttered. Great to have the washer and dryer. Seating difficult for seniors , low and soft. Air in bedrooms appreciated

Great location and outdoor space

We really enjoyed the back deck, patio and lawn while on our trip with our small dog. The home was super comfortable and located close to everything we needed but felt tucked away in our little corner of Sunriver.

Great location Great service Great house!

We loved the layout of this house as well as the large back patio. It was close to the bike path and the Sharc. Property management company was extremely well organized and communication was superb. We will try to stay here again.

Great Vacation

Enjoyed our stay for a family vacation. Very close to the SHARC center and the Village as well as bike trails to explore Sunriver. The rooms were great and the kitchen had what we needed. Staff was caring and regularly checked in throughout the stay to make sure everything was good. Thanks for a great visit!

Evergreen Heaven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this totally relaxing, peaceful location amongst the trees. The house was cozy, the amenities were spot-on, and we timed it pre-tourist season to take full advantage of the quiet. Mission accomplished! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an off-season getaway replete with crisp air, silent nights, and the occasional deer passing by.

It was super clean, and so close to SHARC. In nicer weather you could totally walk there. Would have loved access to dry firewood, otherwise overall a good stay.

Comfortable! A great Thanksgiving getaway.

Plenty of room for a family of 5 and a dog! Dated but comfortable and clean. Love the fireplace and the hot tub, kitchen is well stocked (but could use a few more cutting boards for the culinarily inclined). The memory foam mattress in the master was super comfy.
