Located in Sunriver Resort’s newest community Caldera Springs, 56640 Sunstone Loop is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 3,800 sq. ft. home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, making it enjoyable for up to 10 guests.

Inside this luxurious home, you will find spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with tile flooring, vaulted ceilings, timber trusses and a beautiful stone wall. Additional features of this home include:

• Gorgeous forest views with a back patio with a covered hot tub, barbecue, and furniture
• A spacious gourmet kitchen with a large island, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, two ovens and a bar area featuring wine refrigerator and ice machine
• Dining room table that accommodates seven with additional seating at kitchen bar
• Living room with ample seating, TV with DVD player and beautiful fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• Master suite located downstairs featuring king bed, fireplace, TV, DVD player, walk-in closet, private access to hot tub and lavish bathroom with tub and shower
• Additional downstairs suite with a king bed, TV and attached bathroom
• Two upstairs bedrooms featuring a TV, one with a king bed and the other has two queens

Great location!

Great experience and nice house, but the 5 pool passes did not work even after contacting two different phone numbers listed. I’d like to see bikes available, too!

Roomy and Ready

This property has everything you would want at a vacation rental. We especially loved the hot tub and the big comfortable couches. The kitchen was impressive and stocked with all the necessary kitchen utensils and electronics. There is plenty of room for a group of 10!

Beautiful Caldera Springs (Sun River) Home

This house was fabulous for a vacation with my adult children and their families! The family with "kids" stayed in the upstairs 2 bedrooms and had the bonus room to hang-out in since their bedtime was later than the rest of the family. The downstairs bedrooms were so comfortable. There were a few maintenance issues that need to be resolved: 1) the chain in the toilet in the master bathroom would not stay attached, despite four times of fixing (I gave up and just took the lid off the tank and flushed by hand-disappointing for such a special place!); 2) the hot water control in the second main floor shower was broken and could not be adjusted off of a scalding temperature-my daughter's family used the shower in the master-not very convenient!; 3)the light switch that controlled the foyer chandelier got very hot - my son checked it and said this was probably due to the dimmer on the switch-I stopped using this light because I feared an adverse "event" since it was so hot to the touch! Perhaps owner might want to check this out; 4) the air intake for the HVAC system located on the stair wall of the main floor was incredibly dusty-completely covered in visible dust- house keeping might be reminded to dust this. Before I booked this home again, I'd check to see if these issues were taken care of - but since they are such easy fixes, so I suspect simple oversights or even no awareness of the small problems- We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting Caldera Springs again.

Perfect Vacation in Sunriver

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Space for people to spread out but large common room for time together. Home had most everything we needed.

Amazing

We had a party of 4 adult couples and a one year old. The home suited all our needs and the amenities were awesome. The home is clean and well kept.. We all commented how comfortable our living conditions were in every room of the home.. The bedroom were all spacious as well as the bathrooms. Absolutely would say here again and highly recommend it.
