10 Sandhill is an ideal split-level home in the very middle of Sunriver, Oregon. This spacious and cozy vacation rental is perfect for families and friends looking for a comfortable home away from home.

The split-level design of 10 Sandhill provides ample space for everyone to spread out and relax. This 2426 +/- square foot homes main level features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, an open living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a private sunroom great for lounging. The lower level has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The upper level has two true master bedrooms, and a quaint office space for those looking to do a little work away from the desk.

10 Sandhill is located in the heart of Sunriver, just a short walk or bike ride away from the Sunriver Village Mall. Here, you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and activities. 10 Sandhill is also just a 20-minute drive from Mt. Bachelor ski resort, making it an ideal location for winter sports enthusiasts.

Plus, you will have access to a range of community amenities, including access to SHARCs swimming pools, tube slides, lazy river and hot tub which are conveniently located within just a short walk. And, do not forget to visit Fort Rock Park, a family fun and popular recreational area that offers a variety of activities such as tennis/pickleball, outdoor basketball, a kids play area and more. Bikes: There are 4 bikes at this home (4 adult plus tag along). However, we do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change w/out notice and subject to downtime. Should you arrive and a bike is in need of repair, please notify our office and we will make every attempt to have it repaired. In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.

With this rental through Mountain Resort Properties, we provide local area discounts on dining, recreation and more! Ask us about our seasonal discounts offered on golf.

SHARC Access 2026 - Free Unlimited: This home provides for 10 free unlimited access SHARC passes. These will be left in the home/condo for your convenience.

Overall great week with family! A couple small details……dishwasher top rack needs repair, outlet by toaster doesn’t work, coffee pot needs a fix but it works!!! And those are minor!!!!

The house was very spacious- we enjoyed playing some of the games. The only downside was that most only one bicycle had sufficient air in the tires! Wish we brought a small compressor! We very much loved the location and, with only 4 of us, we each had our own room!

House layout was perfect for the 2 families!!! No hot tub although it was advertised that the house had one so that was a bummer. Also could have had extra toilet paper and paper towels around typically houses we’ve used before have extras

Sunriver Ski

Sunriver is a great alternative to staying in Bend if you are skiing Bachelor. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The wood burning fireplace was excellent! The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook with. The sunroom was a nice addition and great for a yoga workout, or just chilling with a book. Overall a nice experience

Large place, lots of space. Perfecr for garhering our family. Place was very clean, completely servicable. Just be aware- this place is older, dated interior (think 1990's) carpets quite worn. This was just fine for our family.

We enjoyed the property but were disappointed that there was no hot tub. It was listed as an amenity at the house. Otherwise we enjoyed the layout and spaciousness of the house.

Great for families

The house has great living and dining room space for larger group though kitchen is quite small. Bedroom space upstairs is lovely. The house is dated and could use some upgrading. Living room drapes are nearly impossible to use but are necessary due to sun. Having the bikes there was wonderful. Ping Pong table and equipment on its last legs. still fun.

Large home that felt like home!!

We wanted a large home that could accommodate two families and this place was perfect! Close enough to Mt Batchelor and Bend city center to have plenty of fun regardless of preference. The rec center passes were also a hit with the kids. Will definitely be back!

Loved our stay!

Wow. We loved this house. It is a little outdated but had all of the amenities we needed. Our kids loved all the toys, and the adults loved that two master bedrooms. The layout of the house allowed us to visit and play games after the kids went to bed (without waking them up). The bunk room for the kids was great as well, and there were even removable rail guards for the littler kids. We had plenty of room to play, eat meals together, and relax. We also enjoyed biking on the paths and visiting the SHARC with the provided passes. Great location close to the park, and lots of bikes to borrow. We hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Great home for a large group

Our family came over for a relaxing week at Christmas. This house provided that! The fireplace was awesome and plenty of firewood! The ping pong table gave the kids lots of entertainment. I wish we had been within walking distance to the village but that was really the only downfall. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Lots of books, puzzles and games already at the house!

Beautifully equipped and just right for 10 people

Bikes were in great shape and plenty of them . Loved ping pong table and nice equipment. You delivered a missing blender and It arrived post haste! Thanks Linens furnished were plentiful. One of the nicest houses we’ve rented in the 5 years we’ve come to Sunriver

Very nice place

This is a large, lovely house with just about everything you need. The floorplan works very well. It's a tri-level, but like none I've seen before. Two large master suites and an open office area are on the upper level. The main level (half a flight of steps up from the street) is an open kitchen, dining area, living area plus sun room. The large central fireplace breaks up the space and blocks the view directly into the kitchen. On the lower level are the bunk room, one more bedroom and the laundry. I would give this 5 stars but there were a few issues. There is no air conditioning. They provided multiple good quality fans, but it was really hot near the end of our stay and the fans just weren't enough to keep it comfortable at night on the upper level. The kitchen is well supplied, however the Jenn Air griddle needs to be fixed, as only half of it heats up. Also, the crew that prepared the house for our arrival left a filthy glass in one of the master bathrooms and we ran out of propane the second time we used the gas grill on the deck. The office told me they "always" check the propane tanks, so there must have been a leaky valve. Really? Overall, I do recommend this place as it's very nice and roomy and well supplied and in a great location near Fort Rock Park.
