Family and parent weekends, concerts, tournaments, wrestling/hockey/basketball and football weekends available. Get in Thursday to enjoy Fridays in Happy Valley!

Extend your stay during the week with discounted weekday rates. Do NOT stay in small and overpriced hotel when you have a full kitchen and place to park.

3 Private Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms. Sleeps 7. King Suite w/private bath and TV. Spacious queen bedroom with TV, and bunk room with full bed and twin.

PSU vs UCLA

Rented the PSU Townhouse for the PSU vs UCLA football game weekend. Everything was great except for the outcome of the game. Would consider staying at the property again.

Great stay!

Perfect rental for our needs. Moved our three kids into PSU and this property was great. Location was nice, house was very clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay there again. Thank you!

The best vacation rental experience!

The house is fabulous! It is spacious and close to everything. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Jeannine was great! This house was the most well stocked of any vacation rental we have experienced!

Lovely Stay at State College

Great property in a good location. It really is brand new, and the owners have thought of some small details that make a nice difference. For example, an Apple speaker, toiletries, laundry baskets. The closest store is about a 12-minute drive, and the football stadium is about that too. Thanks for a fun weekend!!

Amazing place close to Penn State!

The house was just amazing and so peaceful. It was so clean and comfortable. Me, my husband and daughter staying to visit my other daughter at Penn State and the house was literally 10 minutes away from the University. Jeannine was so nice and helpful and accommodating with us and we so appreciate it! Everything about this place was great. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and cozy. You didn't need to buy toiletries because the house was loaded with all you needed. I would 100% stay here again.

White Out Game weekend

We had the best time. We flew in from out of state to tailgate for the White Out game. Our rental property had so many things we could use for the tailgate. (A tent, coolers, chairs, tablecloth and a table!) It was clean and comfortable and new. Jeannine was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We would love to come back!

So new and clean!

This was our first VRBO and we had such a nice time. We wanted to visit campus for our senior and this was perfect for our family. Hosts were so friendly and the home was easy to access. Hope to be back soon.
