"The apartment was meticulously clean and everything serviceable. The walk down to the entrance was well lit. As this is a family home with the entire ground floor was available to us. Little if any noise from the homeowner on the first floor who home during our visit"

"The condo was sufficient, but it left a lot to be desired. There were no paper towels.The bathroom toilet paper roll was broken.One of the TV’s didn’t work.The beds were really hard.Multiple windows were unlocked, and all of the windows and window sills were filthy dirty.There were not many spices in the kitchen. We had to get towels from the upstairs bathroom to bring down to the downstairs bathroom. The hot water runs out very quickly."

"A buddy and I came down to mountain bike the Bentonville area. The location was perfect having the back 40 trails available right in our backward! These trails drain water well and we had plenty of rain the week we came down. The house was well kept, clean and comfortable. "

"This was the perfect place to stay! The room was spacious, comfortable, tidy, and clean! I have no complaints, and enjoyed every second I was there! I also had no issues communicating with the property manager, who is extremely kind and accommodating, and who worked to ensure my stay was nothing but delightful!There’s no place in Bentonville I would recommend more than here! "
