Great host and very good stay

Marvin was a very great and communicative host. He provided all the information we needed before check in and answered all questions we had once we arrived. The home is as pictured and was spacious enough for our family of 7 (6 adults and 1 child). The house is upstairs which made it a little tiresome dragging 14 pieces of luggage up there but the host was gracious enough to help us. The house had everything we needed including small portable a/c units in each bedroom and a larger one in the living room. We truly appreciated the portable a/c’s however, being from the U.S. we were not use to the Belize heat and humidity and it took quite a while for the rooms to cool down with the a/c units on. I can’t really complain though, because most places in Belize does not have a/c so we were just appreciative to have something. Overall, it was a good stay for the price and I would recommend to anyone.

Good Hotel Alternative

Property was a nice alternative to three hotel rooms for three friends staying overnight for a tour the following day. Host was very flexible and helped us on many levels from allowing early check in, offering dining options, helping us w/ luggage and luggage storage during our tour and even helping one of my friends after a fall. Host lives onsite, so was convenient when we needed things. Property was originally a bit warm w/ wall a.c. Units, but cooled off nicely during the night and we all slept well.

We stayed in the city of Belize to be central to the places we wanted to stay. Our host was wonderful and the apartment was very clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Treasure on Sundial

This property has everything you could possibly want in a house. It’s fully furnished with large spacious rooms and the kitchen has virtually any and everything you could ever need. I cannot stress how amazing you and your friends and family will enjoy staying here.

The house was a beautiful place to stay.

It was an ease to enter property. One of the greatest properties I've been to. Host was pleasant and responded immediately when a question arose. I would stay there again. Not far from local stores for groceries and shopping. Greeeeeaaaattttt. Thanks again Marvin for your hospitality.

BEST DECISION EVER!!

Loved our stay in this luxury home. Beautiful back patio palm tree framed sunsets, awesome iguana across the street, laundry facilities great, amazing kitchen supplies, beautiful bathrooms, surprise free Netflix!! Friendly host and neighbors, safe place to walk to the ocean, ice cream store 2 blocks away, fun clothing store closely, parking good, ceiling fans everywhere, a/c cooled us down! Comfy beds and pillows, nice decor. JUST SO HAPPY!!!
