"This property was all about location and it delivered. Last week we spent several days at the Hampton in Bath and we were very pleased with our stay. The facility in Belfast is starting to look worn. The food at the breakfast buffet was plentiful, however no matter what time we had breakfast the food was dried out and past its peak. This was not the case in Bath, as on check-in guests were asked to provide an indication on the time they they would be eating breakfast. As a result the food was...

Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently).
