The space
My apartment is located in a great area of the city. It is in south Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away on the Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the easy walk. Botanic Park is very close by and I would highly recommend it for a morning or evening stroll.

The apartment has been beautifully refurbished with brand new plush and very comfortable furnishings. Relax in the living room with comfy sofa and flatscreen TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy around the beautiful modern dining table, take a long hot shower in one of the brand new bathroom suites after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the very soft double beds. In addition, our house also benefits from a small wraparound garden and an outdoor patio where you can enjoy a morning cuppa or an evening tipple!

For your convenience, entry is via lockbox located just beside the door so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don't worry if you get held up!) and free underground parking is available just outside the house.

And also, rest easy – we conform to all Airbnb's cleaning protocols and our place is professionally cleaned and laundered after each stay. We will always leave a buffer of at least 24 hours between stays.

Finally, we want to be as accommodating as possible so although check in is after 3pm and check out is prior to 11am, if you do need leeway on this we will be happy to provide it if possible! Just ask us closer to the time :)

The key was not in the lock box; there was no instructions for turning on hot water for the hall bath. While it was safe and clean, I would not choose this apartment again.

The owner cancelled at very late notice and only because we pressed him for address and access details which he failed to provide. The reason given was water ingress from the flat above, highly unlikely as he should have prepared the flat well beforehand. I recommend you do not book with this owner.

We never got any updates from VRBO or the owner prior to our arrival, then when we did arrive and tried to contact the owner he said my booking was cancelled. Gave me some bull story about a water leak. they never tried to contact me this was at 4.30 in the evening of our booking. We then had to find alternative accommodation which we luckily did through another agency. Will never use Vrbo again it ruined our holiday Alan

The property manger sent an email 3 hrs before check in to cancel we had already arrived in Belfast. We didnt find alternative accomadation until 2025 we had to hire a car to get to the accomadation

Was never sent check in info. Messaged thru app, left voicemail, had to call customer support. Finally texted and 3 hrs later told our reservation had been canceled that morning due to a leak. Customer support at VRBO still has not reached out to me regarding my refund or the cancelation.

We arrived on the July 12 holiday with many traffic problems. Then the unit we were assigned to had maintenance problems. Andrew went above and beyond to find us another unit and se that we were taken care. Wonderful attention and service. Thank you Andrew!

Operating the fob for the underground car park was a nightmare as it didnt work at times. A mirror above a socket would be nice especially when trying to dry your hair. No shaver point either. Bedroom window lock is dodgy. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay in the spacious apartment.

Had a lovely stay in this wonderfully located apartment. Easy walking distance to coffee, a pub and access to the bus line. Very convenient to be able to park underground. Quiet and clean. It was a great place to celebrate 25 years of marriage and our kids graduating from college.
