"Lovely clean room, bar and outside area. Reception staff were less than enthusiastic. Was unable to upgrade as suggested in email and because it was booked through Expedia we were unable to change room to a river view even though there were rooms available.
The outside terrace was lovely but no information about pre booking was sent to me and with the nice weather we as residents were only able to enjoy the outside space for a short while."
