"This is a uniquely beautiful hotel. The staff, rooms and restaurants are all fantastic. We only had one issue and that was the water never got hot in Bath or shower room, it was only tepid warm- but we put that down to age of the building and amount of rooms probably using facilities at the same time. It did not dampen our stay and as forgot to mention it to reception they didn’t have the ability to fix the problem. I would definitly recommend this hotel. "

I had contact with two signin receptionist one about 1 o’clock… I came early… And he did voluntarily put my luggage in a closet for me so I could go get a cup of coffee and wait for a check in! The staff in the restaurant made you feel like you was part of their family. We have travel extensively and we can say that our room was top tier. "

"I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...
