I always try to stay at this hotel. One of my top favorite. Great Hotel with Great views. Friendly, helpful and engaging staff. (No bar service availability in winter months but other amenities make up for that.)

The location was great, the pruve was reasonable for a 2 bedroom condo. When we checked iin, our room wasn't clean or stocked. Room service was terrible, 45 minutes wait for a coffee or a snack. No place to eat on site, only by the pool and way ubder staffed. Ove an hour to get help with luggage when checking out. STAY AWAY

Good stay service needs work. Nice view, great area.The music is wayyyyyy to loud at the bar that is part of the hotel. It went until 3 and was soooooo loud.

My wife and 2 kids stayed in a 3 bedroom. The apartment was a great size. The water tank was not replaced the whole stay. It lacked silverware, cups dishes and coat hangers in the closet. The restaurants service was very slow.

The hotel held a public concert in the hotel courtyard from 9PM until 3AM on the night of Saturday 20th July. The volume was so loud that no hotel guest could sleep. At no time did they announce that a concert like this was taking place on hotel property to us. The hotel staff also lied to us repeatedly saying that the concert was finishing at midnight, then 1am, before it finished at 3AM. I have videos to prove this. I feel defrauded completely. I paid to stay in a hotel and they used the property to make additional revenue in the form of a concert at the expense of the comfort of all the hotel guests.

We faced issues in the check in process. It was supposed to be at 3pm and we stayed till 4:30 to have our rooms (even though they offered us Coffee) Rooms are very clean but unfortunately the property is left since long time so you can smell humidity in the rooms (I'm talking about the apartment)

I missed a flight connection and I called Expedia and the hotel 30 hours before arriving to amend my arrival by one day later but the hotel refused and charged me for the night I missed. The interesting part is that the hotel was not even half full and when I did the reservation there was no cancellation option rooms. This is not fair or correct as you feel that you were robed and the hotel took advantage.

High cost for nothing..

The cost is totally different at desk since there is VAT not including in the rate,mini bar big extra charge,etc.. Hotel costs too much without having the great facilities ..even the air you are breathing you need to pay for it.. I recommend better hotels of you are willing to pay same amount.

Mesmerizing hidden garden and pleasant staff

We had a great stay at the hotel! We originally booked an apartment but when the time came for us to receive the keys (3:00pm), the apartment was still not ready. We were really disappointed, especially that my in laws were with us. However, the assistant manager, Hussein, soon arrived to resolve the situation. He upgraded us to a designer sweet, for my in laws, and two connected newly renovated rooms for us and the kids. GREAT DEAL! :)) Next morning we woke up early, had coffee at the balcony, which overlooked the royal residence (the luxurious part of the hotel) and then went down and walked in the garden. The smell of the air, the organized landscape, and the various plantations made the walk so great! I would love to go back and stay there for a couple of days and do the same experience over and over again!

Abandoned beauty

At some point in its day this hotel must have been incredible. Our stay was very disappointing, all the facilities such as the bars, restaurants were closed supposedly because it was the off season, the only place open was the the sun pool restaurant. The staff was pleasant and well trained but down to the bare bones of staffing. They charge for parking and there was no valet most of the nights, we had to wait for the front desk or bell hop to to get our car or surrender it. there was no mention of any type of slow down do to seasonal transition. The Jacuzzi's by the pool were empty and not working,one of the four days we stayed there, there was a pool attendant that was never to be seen again. We went poolside to catch some sun on second to last day and looked for someone to get pool towels from, to no avail, we went into the restaurant and asked a waiter to get hold of someone twice, 45 minutes later no towels and we left. Also the pool was not well kept the area was not kept clean there was discarded nut shells on the floor, that were left there for days. My wife left her make up out in our rooms bathroom and it was dropped by the cleaning staff, with no explanation nor apology. We had a couples massage at the spa, that experience was also regrettable, the attendants did not seem as though they were experienced enough, LAYAL my was nice tried her best, but Pierre walked in after us and was in his Gym clothes during the massage and seemed to be in a rush and actually ans

Luxus-Hotel mit etwas Pomp in den Bergen

Ende Mai hat die "richtige" Saison in Broummana noch nicht begonnen. Deshalb waren wir als Übernachtungsgäste fast alleine, zumal Gärten etc. zum Teil noch nicht gepflegt und offen waren. Allerdings fand eine Hochzeit statt, in den Festräumen ist ganzjährig Betrieb. Beim Frühstück dagegen waren wir fast alleine, was jedoch eher ein Vorteil war: statt Buffet Tischservice, aufmerksames Personal, für Wünsche offen. vielleicht wäre es für das Hotel gut, in den schlecht ausgelasteten Zeiten preislich günstiger anzubieten und dafür etwas mehr "Leben" zu bekommen. Zudem darf man sich an einer kräftigen Prise Protz nicht stören.

Very nice hotel luxurious and well situated.

Great neighborhood quite and peaceful. Excellent place for relaxation.I will definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to all. It is the best one in all Beirut.
