  • One of the greatest conveniences of this captivating three-story townhouse is its prime location! It's central for skiing, meaning you and your loved ones are within walking distance from Big White Ski Resort's slopes and gondolas. Take a quick walk to the village or down to Happy Valley. The Market at Big White is located just a mile from your doorstep in case you need to stock up on groceries for your stay. This ski-in/ski-out home away from home has three levels full of comfort and incredible amenities! One of the reasons the owners decided to purchase this townhouse is the basement. This is the ideal hangout spot for the kiddos with comfortable sofas, a large TV with a PS4 console, a bunk bedroom, and a full bathroom. The second floor features a light-flooded open floor plan with incredible mountain and ski views. You can also view the fireworks depending on the time of the year you decide to visit. Kick your feet up and relax in the inviting living area - turn on the gas fireplace to keep you nice and warm during cold days and watch a favorite show on the TV. Off the living room is a sunny balcony. As you continue the tour, the well-appointed kitchen will appear before your eyes. The open kitchen has all the major appliances to whip up tasty homemade meals, which will do wonders after a day on the slopes. Another great perk is the cute coffee station where you can treat yourself to a steamy cup of coffee or hot cocoa! Attached to the kitchen is a second balcony with your very own bubbly hot tub. And last, but not least, the upper floor features two additional bedrooms, both with king beds. The primary bedroom has its own TV, fireplace, and an en suite bathroom with a regular shower and a soaking tub. All around it was an amazing weekend. Loved the place only 2 issues one was the mattress in the 3rd room on bunks were uncomfortable for adult guests. I guess it’s fine for kids in the 3rd room. They ended up sleeping on pull out couch. Other 2 rooms the beds were very comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay

The condo has a lot more room than the pictures show. We were very comfortable for the 4 nights that we spent at Big White and the access to the village and lifts was excellent. I'd highly recommend this unit.

Great stay!

Terrific accommodations and ski-ok ski-out! Very comfortable living area and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wouldn't have minded a bigger and more effective barbecue. A bit more of a hike to the village centre than what we are used to, but it was as we expected based on the description in the listing. Overall, a terrific stay!

Spotless townhome with easy ski-in/ski-out access

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us in February. It was our first time skiing and snowboarding at Big White and we had a wonderful week. The townhome was spotless and well equipped. The location had easy ski-in / ski-out access. The house manual was the most complete we’ve seen. We really appreciated the recommendations for the restaurants, runs, etc. The hot tub was clean and well serviced. We will hopefully have the opportunity to return to Big White next season & we would be thrilled to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Blacksmith Lodge 4 in Big White. The amenities were excellent and the furniture was really well thought out — stylish, super comfortable, and perfect after long days on the mountain. There were plenty of heating options throughout the townhouse, which made it cosy no matter the weather, and the hot tub was a definite highlight. The views were beautiful and added to the whole experience. We also loved the espresso machine. Ski access was good overall. Ski-in was fine via Gondola Way with a short road crossing, but ski-out was even better — an easy run down the cat track to either the Plaza Chair or Ridge Rocket, which made getting onto the mountain simple and convenient. The townhouse was very comfortable for our family of five and would easily suit two families. The two master bedrooms with ensuites provided great privacy, and the two sofa beds in the basement were surprisingly comfortable as well. Overall, a great place to stay in Big White — comfortable, well equipped, and ideally set up for families or groups. We’d happily stay here again.

Great home, great location

The unit looks like it was recently updated with modern furnishings and great decor. We found it to be very clean upon entering and the kitchen was well stocked with every item needed to prepare quality meals. Beds were comfortable and having 3 separate washrooms was great for our group of 6.

Beautiful Big White Townhouse

We've stayed at 4 different locations at Big White this year and this was our favourite by far. It's modern and clean but still offers that cosy home feeling that left us looking forward to going back to the cabin at the end of a ski day. The owners have prepared an amazing Big White tips and trick book with all the mountain secrets! We will definitely try to book this townhouse again.

Good Location, spacious

Very nice townhouse for 6 adults and 2 children. Unfortunately, weather was not nice but enjoyed. I like the structure of everything in this house. Garage and spare room downstairs are very good. Only thing I was not giving the 5 stars are the cleanness of the house. Utensil drawers are not clean and recycles are not out of the kitchen. Some bottles are under the couch and beds. However, the supplies are bountiful and enjoyed the stay.

Amazing ski vacation!

We recently stayed at Blacksmith Lodge 4 and had a wonderful time.. the unit is beautiful and had lots of room for our family. And proximity to the ski hill couldn't be better! We'll be back for sure : )

Perfect Location & Beautiful Home!

Our stay at Blacksmith Lodge Unit #4 was perfect from arrival to departure. Our family had tons of room to relax in this three floor unit. Kids (and adults) loved having their own space on the lower floor equipped with a massive TV, video games, & sound system right beside their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed including a very fancy coffee/espresso maker for our morning caffeine needs! Beds upstairs are both kings and extremely comfortable. The master suite felt like a personal retreat with ensuite bath and beautiful feature wall art. Location is perfect with ski out access and quick walk to central village where we had some delicious meals. The massive main floor windows were fantastic to watch the amazing fireworks show on the Saturday night. If you are looking for incredible accommodations with incredible skiing than book yourself in here!!
