  • Location, Location, Location. This charming cottage in the heart of the Old Village of Port Royal is just minutes from Parris Island and Downtown Beaufort. Surrounded by 2 huge live oak trees, this coastal gem is beautifully appointed and maintained. Walk to restaurants, shops and enjoy the Sands Beach and that's just within a few blocks!
    This beautiful coastal home comfortably sleeps 7. Relax in the open floor plan downstairs: living room with wide screen TV (cable and Blue-Ray/DVD player), dining room for family eating and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Enjoy the sea breeze on the front porch and/or side porch.
    The ensuite Master bedroom is on the first floor (king bed.) Upstairs you'll find one bedroom (one double and one single bed) and one loft (2 single beds) as well as the second full bathroom. *Please note the 3rd bedroom listed is considered a loft area because it has one open air half wall. See pictures. The washer and dryer are adjacent to the upstairs full bathroom and available for guest use. The backyard is large (unusual for Port Royal) and ready for a game of catch or for the kiddos to play.
    Our house is within walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, boutique gift stores, the Sands, Summertime Street Music Festivals on Parris Ave., Saturday Art Shows featuring local artists' work (also on Parris Ave.) and much more! Port Royal is very much a walking neighborhood and our house is right in the center of it all! There is a public use boat landing at The Sands Beach area and plenty of room to fish or crab off of the boardwalk. Live Oak trees, marsh and water views surround our neighborhood.

    We want your stay to feel like home-come enjoy the beauty of the Low Country!

Perfect!

Lindsay was so easy to work with and the property was as perfect in person as in pictures. Being a mother in my 40s now I simply must have a great bed to sleep in even for short stays and all of these beds were super comfortable! The kids loved the loft and we all loved the location close to the Sands beach where we found over 50 sharks teeth. Wonderful property and we would love to stay again!!

Nice and Convenient

This house was perfect for our short stay. The beds were really comfortable and the place was clean. You could walk to downtown Port Royal restaurants and the street was quiet.

Charming house, quiet neighborhood. Very clean, had everything we needed. More than enough room for 7 people. If we are ever back in this area again I would rent this house again.

Very peaceful stay

The house and street are very beautiful, the house is well appointed and had everything we needed for my elderly parents and young son. The live oak over the house was the largest I’ve ever seen and is simply magical. I highly recommend this lovely, cozy home

A Gem in a Charming Town

We loved our stay in Port Royal. The house was perfect for the two of us. Plenty of space and pretty much everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable and the linens were plush and new. The location of the house was ideal. Walkable and bikeable to town, the Farmers Market, and the Spanish Moss trail, and it was only a 10 minute drive to downtown Beaufort. Lindsay was great to work with--communicative, timely, and a pleasure. We would definitely stay here again.
