"We were accused of smoking in the room and got charged 250$ over it and we dont even smoke. There was no talking to them about it so we just ate that 250$. The maids leave the balcony doors open while they clean and the balconys are EXTREMELY close together so if someone was smoking while they were cleaning then of course they would smell it in that room even if it was someone on the floor below them smoking on the balcony. I walked back into the room before we left and it DID NOT smell like...

"The room we we given had a malfunctioning thermostat and AC unit. When I went down the front desk she said we could just unplug the AC. She said she knew about it but still put us in the that. When I asked why she did that she said”She didn’t think it was a big deal” We it was. You don’t tell people to unplug 220V plugs. She never offered to move us although the hotel was not full. Very poor customer service."
