The location is wonderful and close to everything. It’s everything I need in a place to stay. Clean comfortable room with bathroom and good air conditioning. The wi fi wasn’t the greatest but spent most of my time exploring Firenza. The shower is small and always leaked into the bathroom. Not a major issue. The staff was always friendly.

I stayed in a suite with my wife and two small children. It was a good size, amenities were nice and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
