Point positif, le check out tardif et le receptionniste a ete patient . Le personnel est ce qui m a le plus touchée. Déception sur la chambre , le principal du sejour pour moi "

"The staff were nice, and the place was okay. The big problem I had was that they asked me to pay 2 times even though I booked my reservation via Expedia and paid in full. It looks like they don’t have a system to register the guests payment. I spent over 30 minutes going back and forth with the hotel personnel regarding the payment. After I provided them with the receipt, he settled everything. The next day when I was leaving the hotel, they asked me to pay again. Have to explain myself twice....
