Waterfront house in Bayview! Boating, fishing, amazing views, 12mi to Silverwood

The space:

Our two story home sits on a hillside, overlooking lake Pend Oreille and the town of Bayview, ID. Just off the main road, you travel down a dirt road for about a 1/4 mile before arriving at the home. There is parking for two vehicles in front of the home. The main level offers a living room with amazing views of the lake, double sliding glass doors that open up to the upper wrap around deck, a full size sleeper sofa, fully appointed kitchen, eating nook (table seats up to 6), 3/4 bathroom (shower, no tub) and 1 bedroom. The bedroom connects to the bathroom, has a king size bed and partial views of the lake. The lower level of the home has a roomy game/lounge area with a queen sleeper sofa. Large windows along the south wall offer more incredible views of the lake. On either end are sliding glass doors that open up to the lower, wrap around deck. The second bedroom, just off of the main room, has a queen over queen bunk bed, plus a twin trundle. You will also find a full bathroom and full laundry room. There are 4 smart tv’s throughout the home, all with Blu-ray players. A bbq and large, farm style table is located on the lower deck to enjoy your meals outside. From the lower deck, you can access the stairs that take you down to the lake and boat dock. The expansive dock offers plenty of space for lounging, fishing and lake time fun! PLEASE NOTE: Home occupancy - we allow 4 adults MAX, with a maximum capacity of 8 in the home, when including children. All occupants past the first 6 is an additional $20 per person, per night - no exception. We do NOT allow parties or large gatherings.
Boat Trailer Parking: Please reach out to us in advance to inquire about this.
RV/Campers: We do not allow these on site.
Pets - We do NOT allow pets in the home (including our own).
Water Levels - Mid September to Mid June, water levels are low and provide a rocky beach for exploring. During this time the dock drops and is not accessible by boat. The two higher decks connected to the dock are open for your enjoyment. Mid June to mid September the rocky beach is covered and the dock rises with the water, allowing boat access and swimming off the dock.
