Annual Ladies Trip

The home was extremely clean. The kitchen was excellent! It had everything we needed. All of the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. The pool was perfect. No issues. There is a camera out back by the pool area. We were not aware of it when we booked the home. I asked about it and was told that it is not used when guests are present.

Best girls trip

Everything about this property is perfect for family trip friends trip and a romantic getaway with you spouse / partner. It is close to the beach and old baytown, so much to so and plenty of stores to choosebfrom for all your needs.I have stayed here twice alredy and will definitely be back as often as i can.

Great Choice!

So happy we chose this lovely house for our week in Bay Saint Louis. It was clean, comfortable and had lots of space. The pool was wonderful, as well. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone and would love to return!

Great house

The house is much larger than the pictures show. The pool and outdoor area are perfect. Loved the little outdoor shower after being in the pool. The property manager was extremely nice and responded to our few minor issues immediately.

My family enjoyed our stay at Bay Haven. The pictures dont do it justice. The check in process was excellent, so smooth. Hostess Julie was so sweet and accomodating!. Every little detail was catered to, from the welcome badket of goodies to the beautiful outdoor kitchen and pool! Beds were very comfortable and house was beautifully furnished. Daughter had to work a couple of days, and office was perfect. Will definitely stay here again! Thsnks for sharing your lovely home with us!

Family vacation

We stayed for the week. House was great and met all of our needs. Just as good, if not better than the pics, which is surprising in a good way. We wish beach was closer. It was a hot time of year and distance not the easiest walk for lugging beach gear, cooler etc. We ended up driving to beach instead. That didn’t impact our fun though. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Long Weekend

We chose this property for the backyard. The set up great and having a pool was what we wanted due to the extreme heat. The backyard and the house had everything we wanted. However, the house AC itself could not keep up with the heat. The AC would be set at 70 degrees in the morning and by noon would climb to 75 degrees and not come back down till sometime during the night. This made getting dressed in the evening for dinner or cooking in the kitchen very uncomfortable to see the least. When I reported this to the property manager she scolded me for having the AC set on 69 degrees. She did have the owner call but the only offer the owner made was to come by and check it as if to say what I was saying was not true. There was never an offer to send a tech, send fans or send additional portable AC units. I was advised with the extreme heat there was nothing they would do. I believe the AC unit at this home isn't big enough to service this house. Beware!

Annual Summer Beach Trip

My family and I have been going to Bay St. Louis every summer for the last 10+ years. We love the area and all it has to offer. Our stay at Bay Haven was everything we wanted and more. The pool was a huge bonus, especially given how hot it was outside and how much time we chose to spend at the house. I honestly can't think of anything that was lacking - the kitchen was fully stocked, outdoor grill area was wonderful, and the neighborhood was so quiet. We will definitely be back!
