Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.

The hotel was well situated for public transport. Our room was quiet which was much appreciated in London. Staff at reception from a trainee on Saturday to anyone we spoke to were really warm and friendly. Always willing to help and give information. The room was clean and comfortable, and had good amenities. Breakfast had a good selection of foods. More fresh fruit would have been nice.

Basement room was stinky. Moldy, musty smell from shower room; could not get rid of. Did not realise that there was a tube station bang next door. Could hear tubes at 6am, through the wall and floor. Basement room means ventilation not so good. Air conditioner control was locked so could not adjust. Room was otherwise clean and enough coffee and tea provided.
