"The owner was so kind and gracious to us. Let us check in early and we had to also check out early due to unforeseen circumstances and she was so nice about everything. She told me over the phone how nice and happy my fiance and I were checking in that we even got a free upgrade. She didn’t know that we were there to take our engagement photos in the sleeping bear dunes so it just made our weekend. Would totally stay again! (: "

"The hotel is very historic and charming. The staff allowed me to check in a couple hours early which was nice. It’s right on the Main Street and a quick walk to all the shops and restaurants. The property is well maintained but there are floorboard creaks due to the age. Note that they don’t maintain front desk coverage 24/7 and you have to use a physical key to get inside after desk hours. "

"This is a great rental. The camper is very spacious. Great for a family. Has everything you need in it, just bring your family, food and clothes. Is hooked up to a well and septic so no worries about water usage. Location was perfect for us! Seven minute drive to the Cherry Bowl drive in. Half hour drive to Traverse City. Owner was responsive and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back!!!"

"The location was great for getting to all the areas we love in NW michigan and the resort property itself is AMAZING as always - but the condo is dated, should offer more linens for the stay due to the fact that there is no washing/drying machine available.
