The house has three floors with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace with sea view and swimming pool, a large kitchen. The ground floor has a living room with sofa bed, TV / SAT, internet connection, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Balcony with sea view. On the first floor are two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The house has central heating, air conditioning, washing machine, internet access, TV / SAT. In the basement there is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dining table with 10 chairs, TV / SAT, radio, cd player. From this room you can reach the terrace and Pool.Terrasse extends over three floors, table tennis on the outdoor terrace. Fantastic Property and highly recommend!

We have just arrived home after a wonderful family holiday in this Villa. The property didn’t disappoint and was clean and very well equipped. We loved the outside space and swimming pool which was also immaculate and it felt like home from home. The owner was also fantastic and so friendly and helpful but never intrusive. This was our first trip to Croatia and it was so beautiful and this was a great location to explore from. We loved Baska Voda, Brela and Makarska and Krka NP was also easy to get to. So all in all it gets five stars from us. Thank you for a great stay!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort. Es ist ein sehr sauberes Haus mit einem schönen Pool und Außengrill. Sehr zuvorkommet und freundlicher Vermieter. Die Hunde waren kein Problem. Man braucht aber immer das Auto wenn man einkaufen der zum Strand möchte. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden dort und können es mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen 👍

Abgeschieden und doch mittendrin

Das Haus ist traumhaft, der Ausblick traumhaft! Wir waren dort als Familie mit einem Kind (7 J.) und es war für uns genau richtig. Man benötigt zwar ein Auto, da es etwas abgelegen ist. Mit Auto ist alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Haus nicht für Familien mit Kleinkinder geeignet wegen der Treppen im Haus und auch draußen. Man muss halt immer aufpassen. Der Pool ist ausreichend. Die Bäder sind groß und sauber. Der Gastgeber sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar. Vielen lieben Dank Dado für dein Gastfreundschaft!!! Wir bekommen bestimmt wieder!!

Ein Ferienhaus mit Traumblick

Wir verbrachten einen herrlichen Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Lage, besonders mit dem gepflegten Infinity Pool, ist traumhaft. Man ist ganz für sich und kann in den verschiedenen Außenbereichen des Hauses über drei Ebenen wunderbar entspannen. Man hört zwar sie etwas entfernte Straße unterhalb des Hauses etwas. Aber das stört nicht weiter. Der Vermieter, Dado, ist ein sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Mensch. Er hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen und ob alles ok ist. Dabei ist unaufdringlich, aber immer erreichbar. Danke! Wir kommen wieder!

Perfekter Urlaub

Mehr kann man gar nicht sagen. Dado, DANKE!!!! Wir haben es total genossen. Wir waren zu zweit mit unserer Hündin dort. Das Haus traumhaft, Pool erfrischend, alles in allem Erholung pur. Man ist ganz für sich. Alles liebevoll eingerichtet, innen wie draußen. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Der Vermieter erfüllt alle Wünsche und Fragen werden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Einfach Wahnsinn! Ein kleines Manko gibt es aber doch, die Straße, die unterhalb dem Hause entlangführt. Diese hört man dann doch. Wenn man sich allerdings ein bisschen Musik am Pool oder Abends anmacht, dann merkt man die Straße fast gar nicht. Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Die Aussicht ist wirklich sehr schön & der Besitzer extrem freundlich!!! Der Pool ebenfalls TOP. Das Haus liegt auf 3 Stockwerken mit einer engen Treppe. Für grosse Hunde & Kleinkinder ungeeignet. Die Küche müsste mal wieder richtig gereinigt werden.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Bietet alles was man braucht. Sehr netter Vermieter. Der Ferienort Baska Voda hat eine tolle Strandpromenade. Das Meer ist fantastisch. Aufgeschlossene und sehr freundliche Leute!

super Haus, sehr netter Vermieter

Das Haus ist für 2 Paare mehr als groß. Jeder hat sein eigenes Bad und Klimaalagen in den Schlafbereichen. Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Jederzeit erreichbar und bemüht kleine Probleme sofort zu beheben wie zb. nicht funktionierender TV. ABER: Die Gegend herum ist nicht sehr schön. Die Stadt Bast ist voll mit herunterkommenden Häuser und in unmittelbarer Nähe sind misshandelte Hunde im Zwinger u Ketten, welche sehr oft erbärmlich jammern. Als Hundebesitzer und Tierliebhaber möchte ich das in meinem Urlaub nicht erleben müssen. Vermieter selbst ist ein Freund von Tieren und hat selbst einen Hund welchen er super behandelt und immer dabei hat. Leider konnte auch er nichts gegen fehlende Tierschutzgesetze in Krotien unternehmen. Boska Voda dagegen ist ein kleiner netter Ort mit ein paar Top Restaurant und kompetentem Service. Auch ein Hundestrand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Großartiges, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit extrem zuvorkommendem Vermieter

Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete (kleiner, aber feiner Pool; TOP Grillmöglichkeiten) Unterkunft. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht ohne aufdringlich zu sein und hat uns die gesamte Woche über persönlich betreut.

Sehr schönes Haus und sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es sind ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Nach einer Woche wird das Haus gereinigt und die Betten frisch bezogen. So einen Service kannten wir aus Ferienhäusern bisher nicht. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir sind mit allem sehr zufrieden. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Toller Ausblick aufs Meer

Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen und liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Der Vermieter Dado ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können das Objekt auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

A really lovely villa, in a good location for exploring or for just sitting by the pool.

This is a great villa. Probably the best we have stayed in. The views from the house and garden are simply beautiful, picture post card stuff. It's looks exactly like it does on the photos. Beds very comfortable, as is the lounge. Air con in lounge and bedrooms. Very well equipped kitchen. The small infinity pool is big enough for the kids to mess about in and really lovely to sit by, but not designed for the serious swimmer. The outside space at this villa is its best bit. Lots of terraces for the family to spread out over and always some shade. The outdoor kitchen is great to practice your bbq skills on. 2 well stocked Supermarkets about 2km away. Baska Voda has all kinds of different eating options and a beach. All beaches in the area are small, stoney and very crowded. Snorkelling in Brela was lots of fun. Bring rock shoes! This place was perfect for us, but those with very small children or family members with mobility issues should think twice. The whole place is spread over 7 different levels. With some open spiral staircases. Finally you need to be awAre that the approach road to the tunnel is directly under the property. Look in the photos and you will see it. This really was not a problem for us. We live in an urban area and the noise from this road was no more than we are used to. However if you did not realise it was there you may be disappointed on arrival. Oh and Dado the owner is fabulously helpful, including texting us about the weather changing significantly over night. In conclusion, great villa... Go for it.

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist mit diesem Haus bestens bedient. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt und haben auch die Gastfreundschaft des Eigentümers genossen. Hierfür kann man nur 5 Sterne geben :-)

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub!

Wir waren letzte Woche in der Villa Dado und sind begeistert! Haben uns von Anfang an super wohl gefuehlt und kommen garantiert wieder!! Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend und man kann die Gedanken schweifen lassen und kommt zur Ruhe. Das Haus hat alles was man benoetigt! Wenn man Privatsphaere sucht ist das genau der richtige Ort, alles ist sehr gut durchdacht vom Eigentuemer. Auch unser kleiner Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefuehlt. Die Fahrt nach Baska Voda ist ein wahrer Traum mit der Aussicht auf die Berge sowie das Meer, Urlaubsfeeling pur!! Wir kommen garantiert wieder! Vielen Dank auch an Herrn Dado der sich regelmaessig erkundigte ob wir etwas benoetigen und ob alles in Ordnung ist! Danke!! Nicole & Matthias

Gepflegte Steinvilla mit fürsorglichem Vermieter

Die Villa Dado liegt oberhalb des Meeres und der Straße am Fuße eines kleinen Gebirges. Der Blick über das Meer auf die Inseln und auf die angrenzenden Berge ist einzigartig schön. Wir waren Mitte/Ende Oktober dort und haben sehr warme und schöne Tage genossen, sogar das Baden an den menschenleeren Kiesstränden war möglich. Die nahe gelegenen Städte wie Makarska mit ihren Cafés und den atemberauenden Yachten bieten viel Abwechslung, denn an der Küstenstraße reiht sich Örtchen an Örtchen. Am Haus haben wir auch besonders die schöne Grillhütte genossen, von der aus man einen perfekten Meeresblick hat. Der Vermieter hat uns sogar sein Lieblingsrezept gezeigt und für uns zubereitet - sehr charmant. Auch regionale Weine, Fleisch, Fisch und Olivenöl könnten wir über ihn beziehen, so dass der Urlaub auch kulinarisch ein Traum war. Zudem kann man sich über die (hinter den Bergen) gelegene Autobahn problemlos das ganze Land erschließen. Ein Leihwagen sollte schon sein, aber ansonsten liegt alles Liebenswerte recht nah. Im Winter ist zu beachten, dass es abends schnell dunkel wird, aber zum Glück hat das Haus einen schönen Ofen und auch eine durchdachte Außenbeleuchtung. Für ganz kleine Kinder sind die Terrassen etwas gefährlich, aber ab ca. 2-3 Jahren sollte das ohne Probleme gehen. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Kroatien-Besuch gerne wieder!

Villa mit Pool und Grillplatz

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus, komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts! Wunderbarer, gepflegter, terrassierter Garten mit Grillplatz und Pool. Prächige Aussicht aufs Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt wertvolle Tipps bezüglich Ausflüge und Einkaufen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Kroatien und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Wunderbare Villa mit Pool

Wir können uns, unseren Vorgängern mit dem Lob nur anschliessen. Sehr schöne Villa, komplett ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Internetanschluss, Kaffeemaschine, Gewürzen, Abwaschmittel etc. und natürlich die tolle Grillstelle mit genügend Holz und Holzkohle. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Dado und können sie ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen.

Traumvilla!!

Die Villa liegt am Berghang etwas oberhalb von Baka Voda mitten im kleinen Bergdorf Bast. Es handelt sich dabei um das schönste Ferienhaus in dem wir je Urlaub gemacht haben. Ausstattungsmäßig ist alles da, vom Toilettenpapier über Feuerholz bis hin zur Klimaanlage und W-Lan. Der Blick aufs Meer beim Frühstücken auf der Terrasse am Morgen ist prima, ganz zu schweigen von der gemütlichen Grillterrasse mit riesiger Feuerstelle, auf der wir jeden Abend unser Barbecue gemacht haben. Der Besitzer, Dado, an den an dieser Stelle nochmal ein riesiges Dankeschön geht, hat sich um alles gekümmert. Egal ob man einen Tipp für eine Wanderung oder Ausflug, den besten Metzger für Grillfleisch oder was auch immer braucht - Dado hilft euch! Auch für Ausflüge nach Dubrovnik oder Mostar ist die Lage Top. Wir haben hier die Ruhe gefunden, die wir gesucht haben und sind froh, nicht in eines der Hotels oder Appartments in Baska Voda oder Makarska gegangen zu sein! Die Villa Dado ist ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen!!

Best stay on our Croatia-tour

We spent a 3 week holiday in Croatia in July and started in Zagreb and then drove along the coast-side with a few days stop-overs here and there. Our last stop for a week was in "villa Dado" a beautiful house in Bast not far from Split. This is a wonderful place to stay. The house and surroundings are beautiful with a warm atmosphere and a host who is generous and make your stay worth while. So, with a place to barbeque, a pool and a stunning view of the adriatic sea it´s just to relax and enjoy. Definitely a place to return to. Christer Jirverus Sweden

Loved this place!

Our family of 5 adults stayed here for a week. The view, the home, the pool, the owner, were all great. It was just as pictured. I didn't want to leave. It is a short drive down to Baska Voda, a great little beach town. We spent a few days on the beach but we were always glad to come back to our own magnificent view! Don't miss a boat trip to Bol on Brac - another great adventure. Also highly recommend King Restaurant in Baska Voda.

Wunderbare Villa !

Sehr schöne Villa, komplett ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ruhig und entspannend. Der Vermieter betreibt im Ort ein kleines Restaurant wo man sehr gut und zu fairen Preisen essen kann. Selbst kleine Utensilien wie Toilettenpapier, Waschpulver, Spülmaschinentabs , Grillkohle unsw. wurde vom Vermieter kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

Super villa!

We had a fantastic week at Villa Dado! The villa was beautifully clean when we arrived and the views are spectacular!! The new link road is also visible from the villa but not many cars actually used it and it wasn't a problem at all. The villa is in a perfect location from which to explore the Makarska Riviera! Nearby Baska Voda is a lovely, lively village with a harbour and promenade - we enjoyed going down there for an evening ice cream and walk! Brela beach is very close and again there is a long, tree lined promenade with occasional cafes and delightful coves to swim in. One day we took a 'fish picnic' boat trip from Baska Voda on the Papa to Hvar and Brac - well worth doing. We also went white water rafting near Omis and canyoning with Avantura Day Adventures on the Cetina river which was amazing!! The owner, Dado, was so friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our evening meal at his restaurant in the local village. Overall, a wonderful base for a fantastic week!!

Fast wie im Paradies - Traumhaft!

Super schönes Haus in super schöner Lage mit unverbautem Blick auf die gesamte Küste mit der Insel Brac. Wahsinn!! Das Haus ist mit Liebe, neu vom Eigentümer wieder aufgebaut worden. Die antiken Steine des Ursprunghauses wurden wiederverwendet. Im Haus ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Jedes Zimmer hat Meerblick. Die Gartenanlage mit Überlaufpool und Grill ein Hammer. Vom Pool aus hat man einen freien grandiosen Blick in das Tal und auf das Meer. WLAN, deutsche Fernsehkanäle, Handtücher, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, sogar der Wein wurde uns kostenlos angeboten. Der Eigentümer ein sehr netter junger Mann, betreibt ein Restaurant in 500 m Entfernung, war immer zur Verfügung und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Es ist eines der schönsten Fereinhäuser, welches wir in den letzten Jahren besucht haben. Besonders der gigantische Ausblick. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für alles. Sabine und Matthias.
