The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the Roaring Fork River as you step onto the private patio, the crisp mountain air mingling with the gentle sound of flowing water. Snow-dusted peaks frame the view from the spacious living area, inviting you to pause with a warm drink and watch the landscape shift from sunrise to twilight. After a day on nearby trails or exploring Aspen, you return to a quiet retreat where the fire‑kissed windows and comfortable furnishings welcome you to unwind. This riverside home blends peaceful riverfront living with easy access to the surrounding mountain towns, making it an ideal base for colder‑season adventures.



Sleeping arrangements

- Five bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests with seven beds and five baths.

- Each room provides bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets for comfort and privacy.



Kitchen & dining

- A well‑equipped kitchen features a KitchenAid stainless steel gas stove, General Electric double oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.

- A dining table nearby offers space for shared meals, and a BBQ grill is ready for outdoor cooking when the weather permits.



Indoor comfort

- Central heating keeps the home cozy, while central air conditioning and a split‑type ductless system ensure comfort year‑round.

- A 50‑inch HDTV with sound system provides entertainment, and high‑speed wifi and a dedicated workspace with a door support any work needs.

- Essentials such as washer, dryer, hangers, iron and bathroom basics are supplied.



Outdoor living

- Private patio‑balcony and backyard space overlook the river, perfect for sipping coffee at sunrise or stargazing after dark.

- The private entrance and riverfront setting create a sense of seclusion while remaining close to nature.

- The home sits along the Roaring Fork River, a short walk to trailheads and a 15‑minute drive to Aspen or Snowmass Village, and 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs.

- Nearby amenities include the Roaring Fork Club golf resort, the town of Basalt, restaurants, Whole Foods and King Soopers.



Parking & access

- Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional street parking available.

- Self‑check‑in via smart lock makes arrival effortless, and long‑term stays are welcome for extended visits.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed three (3) cameras outside of the house. Around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
