Experience the great outdoors from this recently updated and refreshed 2,000+ sq', home in Bartlett! The home sleeps up to 8 guests spread over three floors comfortably while providing all essential amenities. We sit and are centrally located in a small community, Crawford Hills.

Enjoy the convenient location near outdoor opportunities such as skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, tubing and more while still providing a mountain getaway..!

Each bedroom has been updated with all new furniture and mattresses. We take pride in ownership and that should be evident in the attention to details giving to all the living spaces.

The lower level provides a separate living, dining and sleeping space. Perfect for spreading out while all bein together as a family. The large TV typically becomes the game spot for the kids.

The two wood burning stoves add that extra sense or warmth during the chilly nights.

We loved our stay! There was plenty of space, and the kitchen was top-notch. We enjoyed the watching holiday movies by the fire, and the kids loved that there was a wooded area out back to play in. Everything was cozy, comfortable, and top-notch. We hope to stay there again soon!

Absolutely stunning

The pictures don't do this house justice. It was just so beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and so family friendly. Every household appliance you can think of, drawers filled with kitchen items and necessities. The bedrooms were perfect, beds made, towels neatly folded. Outside deck was peaceful and relaxing, you can hear the stream running in the woods. Nice pool area. We didn't use the wood stoves at all but that's only because none of us knew how lol. Next time we go back up to NH, we will definitely be trying to book this place again!!!!

House in great condition and centrally located. Owner was very responsive. Everything was well maintained and worked well. AC had difficulty keeping up upstairs in Summer.

Perfect Snowy Weekend Getaway

Our group of friends makes an annual sojourn up to the snowy north from the mid-Atlantic and this year we were thrilled to have found this place. It’s a short 5-minute drive distance to Attitash which was perfect for our group of skiers and non-skiers. With North Conway nearby, lots of restaurants and shopping as well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely relaxing stay right on a stream

We came for our nine year old twins birthday trip! It was so relaxing and far enough away from things to feel like we were more in nature but close enough to get necessities when needed. We communicated with the host while we were there about small issues and he was fantastic and responsive! The water pressure in the downstairs was FAR better than any place we’ve ever stayed in anew Hampshire! The basement space was perfect for our oldest son as he enjoys playing trumpet and French horn and could do so without it overpowering the rest of the house. We enjoyed walking up and down the stream, we saw so many water striders and frogs which are my boys favorite! We absolutely recommend this beautiful home!!

Great place in the heart of New Hampshire

Everything about the home was terrific and worked well for our extended family of 10. Would definitely recommend this particularly for people who enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, rafting etc. close enough to North Conway but far enough away to feel like you’re in the mountains
