"Arrival to the facility with my husband and children only to find out the pool was closed for maintenance while waiting for the front desk person to come back after approximately 15 minutes. We were quite disappointed since the pool was one of the reasons we choose this facility and were not giving the opportunity to change our reservation ahead of time. "There was nothing about this place that we liked. The parking lot was being used by a crew of workers. The night after we slept in the king sized bed we found there was debris way down under the covers. It was disgusting. Obviously no one changed the sheets. The desk help was apologetic, but never offered to come and see what we were talking about and never offered to reimburse us!"

"I think they may be housing homeless out of the unoccupied rooms. I have never had a hotel experience quite like it. It said it was smoke free but clearly had been smoked in throughout the entire property. I will say I was relieved that the floor were hard wood/laminate, but even so I would not have considered walking on them without shoes."

"Our room was clean, which is about the only positive I can say. The neighborhood is very industrial, sometimes scary. The hotel is right next to a cannabis facility. One of the elevators didn't work the whole weekend. The wait was about 8 minutes in the morning to try to get to the lobby with the one existing elevator The advertised pool has been filled in. Our blinds were broken and didn't roll down. The tv didn't work, and we were told there was nothing that could be done. The bathroom had...

"It’s definitely a budget hotel-rooms could be cleaner and the hot water ran out."

"When our initial room didn't have much of a window, the staff was very helpful and quickly switched us to an available room with a balcony for a nominal fee. The place has a cool retro beach-motel vibe, which some may enjoy more than others but we liked. Despite the meh weather, the attached pub was pretty lively for dinner with a nice outside seating area and I'm sure that during the summer the whole place and attached small beach are very lively.
