"No lift so be prepared to lug your bags up and down stairs. Very slow room service."

"Good location overlooking the racecourse & a 25min walk to Caudan. Rooms OK for 1 or 2 nights but rough round the edges & in need of some TLC. However, AC worked well. Staff all very amenable. Good value and would use again for short stays in Port Louis."

"Great location but pricey"

"Propere kamer, heel lieve personeel, zeer professioneel, alle comfort, zwembad , goede locatie, supermarkt, vismarkt, strand op wandelafstand"

"The main issue with this hotel is that the staff allowed other guests who were there in large groups to hang around outside their rooms on the balconies, playing music, talking, drinking, smoking, partying meaning that you had no privacy in your room and this went on until 11.00pm. The reception was closed at this time of night and I asked the night porter to quiet them down and he was reluctant.

"Highly recommendable. Everything I need was there and it was clean everywhere though I stayed a room without bath, toilet and kitchen. Calm area but easy to go other town such as Port Louis or Curepipe etc,. Train station, boulangerie(napolitaine available!), briyani shop(tooo much for a single touirst!), convenience store nearby. And what I loved most is the host. She warmly welcomed me and took care of me. I miss her :')"

"A really nice small hotel with great staff and with a great view at the ocean and great pool."

"Very friendly people. Strategic location for trips around the island. "

"Very clean space. Very special everything worked well. Definitely got a better deal from booking through Expedia. I booked my room standing at the check-in desk. I got such a deal."
