The apartment:
From this apartment you can expect three lovely rooms and a huge garden for you to feel welcomed and homey, while enjoying time away on vacation. The apartment can accommodate four people as it provides two big queen size beds.

The apartment is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, oven, traditional coffe maker and stove, so you have the option of exploring your Italian cuisine cooking skills with home made pasta. From the kitchen you can directly access the terrace and the garden. The seating area is providing enough space for four guests to share dinner in a cozy environment (in addition a baby chair is available for our little guests). If you wish to spend a comfy evening with pizza and wine, you may want to relax on the sofa and watch some TV (NETFLIX and Amazon PRIME VIDEO included).

In the master bedroom downstairs, besides the queen size bed, you will find a walk in closet that offers enough storage for your travel outfits and all your belongings. Furthermore a work place is available for you. From this room, you can access the terrace and the garden as well.
The bathroom comes with a spacious rain shower. Necessities like towels, shampoo, body wash and a hair dryer are included.
The washing machine can be used if you wish to do so. However, there is also a launderette located approximately 150m from the apartment.
Upstairs you will find the second bedroom that provides a queen size bed, a dressing area with a cabinet and a mirror.

The highlight of the apartment is the terrace and the garden. As described above, it can be accessed via the kitchen or master bedroom. The seating area gives you the perfect opportunity to have a nice dinner outside on the terrace. If you wish to relax during the day, you may want to use the sun beds.

Neighborhood:
-There are multiple busses that are commuting frequently from a bus stop nearby to the beach. The ride takes approximately 8min.
The apartment is located 15-20min away from the airport and can be reached easily.
-You will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, shops and cafés in walking distance.
The old town is only 500m away from the apartment. There you will have a great variety of lovely pasta and pizza spots, as well as amazing gelato to get the full Italian experience. The main shopping street is approximately 800m away. All known brands such as Zara, Pandora and Nike can be found there. If you wish to explore more luxurious brands, the mai shopping area also offers designer clothing.
