This elegant accommodation is perfect for group trips and is located in a luxurious city, a 25-minute drive from Barcelona. The house is situated near a natural reserve, perfect for hiking, and 10 minutes by car from beautiful beaches with excellent quality restaurants. Ideal for families and friends to enjoy nature, the pool, and incredible views. The house is spacious, with large rooms equipped with air conditioning and a trampoline for the little ones to have fun.

This wonderful property is located at the top of a hill, providing spectacular views of the Maresme coast.

The house is distributed over two floors. The first floor features a spacious living-dining room, a large kitchen equipped with all appliances, three double bedrooms with aircon, a full bathroom with a shower, and a guest toilet. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and dressing room, and a second living room with a TV.

DUE TO THE EXCEPTIONAL DROUGHT EXPERIENCED IN CATALONIA, THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT HAS ENFORCED WATER USAGE REGULATIONS. AS A RESULT, THE JACUZZI SERVICE IS SUSPENDED UNTIL THE EMERGENCY SITUATION IS OVER.

The house has beds for 10 people, and an additional bed can be added, and/or the sofa on the upper floor can be set up as a bed to accommodate a total of 12 people. For more guests, please inquire.

The exterior of the house has two levels: at the house level, there is a barbecue and dining area, lawn and trampoline. In a lower area, is the solarium area with a deep pool, sun loungers, tables, chairs, shower, and umbrella.

We offer a crib and high chair upon request and subject to availability. There is free Wi-Fi and a security alarm. Parking is available in front of the house free of charge.

The property is located on a quiet road, a 3-minute drive from the village center, where you will find all kinds of services and quality restaurants. Premiá de Mar offers the nearest beaches, and there is also a port with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Mataró has an excellent shopping center, supermarkets, and restaurants and is only a 10-minute drive away. Barcelona Airport is 40 km away, and Girona Airport is 60 km away.

🏡 House Rules
It is strictly forbidden to jump into the pool from walls, chairs, stairs, or any other structure not intended for that purpose, or to engage in any behavior that could endanger people or damage the facilities.
Children must be supervised by adults at all times. The property is not responsible for injuries caused by improper use of sports or leisure equipment.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the property. Please contact us if you wish to add more guests — we may have options to expand accommodation.
Fires are only permitted in the designated barbecue area.
Do not access non-landscaped areas of the property.
According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in to complete the traveler registration.
Before check-out, please dispose of trash in the outdoor bins and load dishes into the dishwasher.


💳 Payments and Deposits
A €1,000 security deposit is required via credit card upon arrival.
The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, once the property inspection is completed (Airbnb reservations are exempt).
Tourist tax not included: it must be paid at the rate applicable at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (aged 16 and over) and per night, with a maximum charge of seven nights. It is currently € 1.93 (the amount may change at any time in accordance with local regulations).
Unreturned key set: €200 charge.
Damaged or stained bed linen or towels (e.g., sunscreen, makeup, shoe marks, dye stains): €15 each.

Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00.
Late check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 → €40 supplement.
