This bright, newly built penthouse with two well-oriented terraces for up to 4 people has approximately 50 m² and two spacious private terraces. It is the top floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment is conveniently located close to public transport, with easy access to the Putxet train station.

Apartment Features:

Capacity: Up to 4 people. The apartment features a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the living room. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
Bathroom: 1 full bathroom with a shower.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, kettle, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and ceramic cooktop.
Additional amenities: Iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dryer, and free Wi-Fi.
Private terraces: Enjoy two well-oriented terraces, ideal for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the tranquility.

The apartment was designed with couples in mind, offering a cozy and elegant atmosphere perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The décor is modern, stylish, and simultaneously family-friendly.

Located in an unbeatable area, it is close to El Putxet and Padua train stations with excellent connections to buses (70, V13, H6, V11, N8). It also offers many supermarkets and shops nearby.

Important Information Before Booking:

Minimum stay: 32 nights.
Payment conditions: A 30% initial payment is required at the time of booking (we do not accept American Express). The remaining 70% must be paid via bank transfer before check-in or in cash upon arrival.
Security deposit: A security deposit will be charged via credit/debit card at check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days.
Travel crib (on request): Price: 20 EUR/day. Availability must be requested 24-48 hours in advance.
Late check-in: Our check-in hours are from 15:00 to 20:00 (Monday to Sunday). A fee of 50 EUR in cash will be charged for arrivals outside these hours.
Tourist tax: The current tourist tax in Barcelona will apply.
Non-smoking policy: The apartment is entirely smoke-free. Smoking inside will result in a fine of 400 EUR and possible immediate eviction.
No parties or gatherings: No parties or gatherings are allowed in the apartment. If a complaint is received or the police intervene, a fine of 400 EUR (in addition to the police fine) will be charged.
