lindo estudio y totalmente reformado a sólo 10 minutos a pie de la Plaza Cataluña o de las Ramblas, con excelentes vistas del mercado de Sant Antoni en el barrio del Eixample. El estudio está situado en el primer piso (principal) de un edificio sin ascensor. Desde el apartamento se enfrenta el mercado del siglo XIX las vistas abiertas permiten que el sol conseguir a través de la ventana del balcón por la mañana y una luz agradable durante el día.

El apartamento ha sido renovado recientemente, con alta calidad y materiales modernos, pero cálidos como microconcret y suelos de madera. Totalmente equipada: cocina completa, comedor para dos o cuatro, lavadora, secadora, y un baño de la habitación moderna y confortable. Todos los detalles han sido cuidadosamente seleccionadas.

Sant Antoni es una zona típica donde se puede experimentar la verdadera vida de Barcelona con una gran cantidad de lugares para comer "tapas" (especialmente en la nueva barra de Ferran Adrià, a sólo cuatro cuadras de distancia), para tener una buena cena o para beber una maravillosa vino español. Esto no es una zona turística (todavía) los precios no están locos, las panaderías ofrecen pan real y el bar de tapas ocultos no son de moda o complicado. Ellos han estado aquí siempre. Es uno de nuestros tesoros locales.

Animamos a los huéspedes disfrutar de las actuaciones de los alimentos Ferran Adrià. Trate de hacer sus propias tapas en la cocina pequeña pero bien equipada. Hay un mercado provisional a sólo una manzana de distancia, mientras que San está siendo reformado mercado Antoni. No se puede obtener toda clase de productos alimenticios o delicatessen frescos en las tiendas de todo el apartamento. Usted obtendrá una extensa lista de lugares increíbles cerca de él.

Por otra parte, la ubicación le permite caminar casi en todas partes. Llegar fácilmente al centro de la ciudad desde la plaza de Cataluña y visitar todos los mostos de Gaudí. Paseo por el Raval y llegar a la Ramblas y del mercado de la Boquería. Paseo por el barrio de los teatros, en paralelo, del puerto y el paseo del puerto deportivo. O caminar hasta Montjuïc en un día entero de museos impresionantes y jardines.

This place had everything we needed. We especially loved the washer/dryer as we had been on a weeklong hiking trip. Very easy access to the subway. We were able easily explore the city this way.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment is located right in the middle of so many great restaurants. We didn’t plan on any specific outings before hand so we did end up walking long distances so be prepared if you want to see all the typical sights. But overall, we would definitely recommend!

Just spent 3 nights at this apartment and it was truly a wonderful stay. The location is perfect. We walked to everything and really enjoyed immersing ourselves in the local atmosphere. Loved watching the locals of all ages go about their daily business - walking their dogs and doing their shopping at the Sant Antoni market. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with everything you could possibly need. Mar was an amazing hostess with great instructions, recommendations, and always willing to help with anything.

What an incredible experience in Barcelona. Mar went above and beyond from the very beginning. We had difficulty getting into the apartment, only because we weren’t tech savvy and Mar assisted us. The apartment was perfect-from the location, to the cleanliness to the size. Wonderful washer/dryer. 2 units, not combination. The Sant Antoni market was across the street. I loved the neighborhood. A real gem! Thank you Mar for your hospitality!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Mar’s apartment. It has all the necessities and is in a great location right across from the Sant Antoni market, near the metro. Mar is very detailed and responsive, which made us more comfortable, knowing that Mar was there to address questions or issues at any time. What a delight to stay across the street from Sant Antoni Market! The apartment is compact & cozy. There's literally a wonderful coffee shop next door and several doors down, a great bakery. After a month traveling & staying in a variety of places, this was by far the easiest apartment to access, thanks to new technology on smart phones. Mar was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, whether about the apartment or where to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

If you are traveling alone or as a duo and want an off-the-beaten-track place, check this place out. In a quiet residential area of Barcelona, definitely not in main tourist zones, but definitely walkable to many markets, restaurants and shops. Mostly accurate on listing, except issues with not enough hot water for shower. No first aid kit and AC leaked on shop below, so had to put a pot under it to catch water and apologize to store owner. Communications with owner good, but nothing resolved during stay, except hopefully all fixed for next person. Owner said you have to take very short shower; turn off water, soap up and then turn on to rinse off, but even then I ran out of hot water. If you want paper towels, you have to buy your own or only use leftovers from last visitor. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen had all that I needed. Nice little balcony. Unit is on "first floor" --which is second floor to USA- and NO elevator. There were 23 steps to get up to first floor unit. Liked check in (solo, no one there) and used app to open street and apartment doors. OK place.

The studio is exactly as Mar describes it. It looks a bit small in the picture, but that is not the case. It's quite roomy and well planned with good storage for clothes and your other necessities. The location is great. It has numerous bakeries, cafes, grocery stores, and shopping adventures surrounding the apartment. Mar goes above and beyond her hosting duties. She recommended local restaurants attractions and even reserved a taxi for me to the airport for the morning I was leaving. I highly recommend the apartment and location. I will definitely stay with Mar in her studio apartment should I find myself again in Barcelona.

The Sant Antoni neighborhood is safe and close to everything including the Metro and transit to take us to all the sights of the city. The apartment is updated and modern, with AC and new appliances. The neighborhood (Sant Antoni) is central to Barcelona-- a good base to explore this wonderful city-- relaxed, with good restaurants and bars, and with a friendly atmosphere. The owner (Mar) is a very special person-- a good communicator in English or Spanish-- helpful, considerate, and attentive.

The stay was perfect! Management was incredibly communicative, friendly, and helpful with great suggestions for getting situated, getting around, and places to explore. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-outfitted, and is in a great safe area. It's close to the metro, quality eateries, nice local shops, and the impressive Sant Antoni market next door. The perfect starting point for our adventures and a perfect space to unwind at the end of the day. Would strongly recommend and would stay again!!

This was our first time in Barcelona and we really enjoyed our stay. We were there for a week and felt very comfortable with the size of the apartment which feels bigger than it looks in the pictures. There is a small balcony, but I did get to sit out there in the morning and evenings a few times. One of the really great things with this apartment is the location which is literally right across the street from Mercat de Sant Antoni but also there is also a very large Lidl supermarket below the Mercat. That combination is super convenient. Then you add that there are great cafes right on the same streams the apartment and tons of restaurants in the area, you have great things in the neighborhood. It is then very easy to get to the more touristic places by walking, metro or bus.
