The location was good. Access to activities, markets and subway was close. Lots to do and see. Size was perfect for our group. The rooms got warm during the night. Family moved to family room out of bedrooms and. Slept in family room area due to temperature.

Decent place to stay

Overall this was a decent place to stay. Plenty of good restaurants and stores and attractions were all in walking distance. The downside, there was a baby that screamed and cried very loudly every morning starting at 7:00 am. This continued for approx 20-30 minutes each time. There was no sufficient way to make coffee, one bath towel per person.no shampoo, and no replacement trash bags.

Very typical Barcelona experience

This is a flat right in the City from which everything is close. Check-in was no problem and the place itself has what you need for a few days. Step outside and you have many choices for food, including St. Antoni market a few steps away. The Tamarit Garage is right around the corner if you come by car. Some of the beds were a tad wonky and a little pump under the sink ran most of the time but otherwise, all was well. Recommended.

Great neighborhood. Property, not so much. Bad management.

Starting with the positive. This property is in a charming quiet neighborhood that is around the corner from some really nice bars and restaurants. Locals sit outside and talk and play chess. Now the negatives. Our check-in instructions were incomplete so we couldn't enter the property when we arrived. The property has 2 room air conditioners. One was leaking water. We reported it to the company and, despite promises, they never fixed it. As a result, we had to cool the apartment with the bedroom AC, so that room was freezing to get any cooling to the kids' bedrooms. The WiFi information posted in the apartment was wrong. When I contacted the management company, they asked for pictures of the router, which we sent, but they went dark and stopped responding. We called the management company daily asking for assistance with the WiFi and AC. Eventually, the guy got belligerent with me. After that, the owner reached out to me directly and was able to get us on the wifi,, but the AC wasn't repaired during our visit. The master bed is two twins pushed together, so you may fall in the crack between them if you get close to your partner. The second bathroom toilet has very little flush strength. #1 only. Overall, the place has a worn down feel to it and needs to be updated. We had to buy a number of basic supplies, e.g. toilet paper, because very little was provided. The owner seemed friendly enough, but the management company was horrible.

LOTS of amenities issues

When we first walked into the apartment, we loved the area, but were a little alarmed by a strange smell in the apartment. The rooms were much smaller than listed and fitting 6 people was certainly a challenge. A mechanic came to fix the air conditioning which was broken upon arrival when we got there, but was unable to and put a bucket down with a tube to catch the leaky AC unit. The owner told us that we could use the AC while we were home and to simply empty the buckets. Unfortunately the fix did not work and the air conditioner leaked all over one of the guests luggage, including their passport and valuables. We then did not have functional air conditioning for the following day or night until another mechanic came to fix it. One time when we came in as well the electric did not work until we reset it, and the elevator frequently stops working in this building, so it appears there are some electrical issues. There also we're not enough towels for all guests and we ended up having to purchase extra toilet paper which the host said they would reimburse us for but still have not. The owner of the property would also come in unannounced when we were not in the apartment which is understandable because it is her property, but as a 22 year old girl travel with other young girls we found a little unsettling. Overall would not stay at this property again.

Great location, had issues with the bathroom, a little noisy, kid train right below the main room

I loved that there were many stores and restaurants near by. The bathroom had a horrible smell and something was in the toilet. It disappeared every once in a while. By the end of our stay we tried not using it, which was difficult for a family of 5 and that bathroom had a larger shower. The kid train below us was loud. 10am the christmas music started playing. We all had a good time and kind of laughed off those things, but we are all easy going. The beds were comfortable, which was a plus.

Nice apartment in great neighborhood with easy access to public transport

The apartment was perfect for me and my friend, and the second bathroom was helpful for the three day visit on my godson and his girlfriend from Paris. The Sant Antoni neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We enjoyed the many shops and restaurants within 2-3 blocks, and it was really fu to have the beautiful new marketplace literally across the street. I would recommend the apartment to friends and family without hesitation as clean, spacious and well equipped alternative to a typical hotel; The only negative was a fridge alarm which started beeping loudly seven or eight times a day, including during sleeping hours. We couldn't figure out what was causig it or how to deactivate it. Other than that -- a a wonderfulstay. Thank you.

Enjoyable

Location good, spacious, linen and beds clean and comfortable. However there were a few things that should have been maintained prior to our arrival. Air conditioner in living area not working 100%, Shower heads in both showers were broken/ a challenge. A hint of mound was evident. No sink plug, drying and cleaning cloths and fridge not working properly. A nice time was had by all.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The owners responded to our questions and concerns quickly. The apartment is a good size (although the single bedrooms are small) and well equipped for our needs. The location is very good. Sant Antoni metro station is just a few minutes walk away. There are nice restaurants and bars nearby, also reasonably priced. Plaça Catalunya is about a 10/15 minutes walk. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay there again.

un appartement bien situé dans un quartier relativement calme permettant d'accueillir 5 personnes

Appartement très bien situé dans une rue peu passante sans vis-à-vis en été (arbres). La cuisine salle à manger donne sur la rue avec la verdure du sommet des arbres. Appartement conforme au descriptif en ce qui concerne la petitesse des chambres lit simple. À noter que les trois petites chambres ont des fenêtres qui donnent sur la cage d'escalier et cage d'ascenseur. La literie est bonne notamment pour la chambre lit double. La chambre au lit double donne sur une grande cour il n'y a donc pas de bruit de voiture. Concernant les 2 pièces d'eau ayez en tête que l'une d'entre elles et vraiment extrêmement petite il est difficile pour un adulte de pouvoir prendre une douche, le lavabo et quand à lui minuscule. L'autre salle de bain et plus spacieuse cependant l'évacuation ce faisant par un sanibroyeur les odeurs sont permanentes et désagréables. La cuisine est relativement bien équipée et fonctionnelle. La climatisation se trouve dans la chambre double et dans la cuisine salle à manger elle fonctionne parfaitement. Une propreté qui reste à améliorer.

Great location and place to stay

Very nice, comfortable, on a quiet street but close to all the activity too. Our family of 5 were very happy and comfortable there. Kate was great about communicating, meeting us after numerous train delays and helpful too with our questions. We would definitely stay there again

Good Fit.

The apartment photos are of the actual apartment. We arrived to the apartment early from the Airport (around 11 AM), and there was a cleaning lady whom let us in. Afterwards the owner and a maintenance man did work on the apartment until around 4 PM the day of our check-in. We were tired from a Red-Eye flight, and this was somewhat bothersome but looking back the check-in time did say 4 pm. The owner herself was kind and spoke English well. The apartment is large and each bedroom/room depicted is accurate. The master bedroom has two double beds placed right by each other (which isn't a big deal). The balconies are nice. The location is five stars I would say. Sant Antoni Metro station is literally 2 blocks away; Poble Sec around a 5 minute walk. Many of the restaurants that are ranked highly in Barcelona are in this neighborhood. It is safe during the day and at night. It is located (via walking distance) to other attractions as well. We did not many of the other amenities in the apartment but they are available (Washing machine, but not dryer). There is an elevator in the apartment when you have large bags. The one bathroom is a bit larger but the shower is still very small for a man, still it did the job. I would go back to this place mainly for the superb location more than anything else.
