Precioso, tranquilo y luminoso ático con gran terraza con vistas a la Sagrada Familia. Situado en el corazón del Eixample de Barcelona, a tan sólo unos metros de la maravillosa Sagrada Familia.



El apartamento tiene 2 dormitorios:

1 habitación con una cama doble

1 habitación con 2 camas individuales



Hay una cocina independiente y 1 baño completo con ducha. El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado, calefacción, WIFI gratis y TV. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos (nevera, frigorífico, cafetera, hervidor de agua, vitrocerámica, horno, microondas y lavavajillas) y menaje de cocina. Las toallas, las sábanas y el secador de pelo están incluidos.



Lo más destacable del apartamento es la gran terraza privada con magníficas vistas a la Sagrada Familia. El apartamento es acogedor y muy tranquilo gracias a su posición privilegiada en el ático del edificio.



Zona tranquila y segura, con todos los servicios necesarios para una óptima estancia en Barcelona. Se trata de una de las zonas más carismáticas y elegantes de la ciudad.

La imponente basílica de la Sagrada Familia se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie. Y con un agradable paseo de 12 minutos se llega a una de las calles más bonitas de la ciudad, el Paseo de Gracia, donde se encuentran dos emblemáticos edificios de Gaudí: La Pedrera y La Casa Batlló. Pueden visitar también el hospital de Sant Pau obra modernista que está a 5 minutos caminando del apartamento.

Great location

Having the terrace was really nice for hanging out at night. It was pretty hot during the day. Short 4 block walk to La Sagrada la Familia where there is a taxi stand. If you need to travel a ways and need a taxi this is where to go. You can hail taxis on the street but they aren't always around. Lots of eating options all around including a Georgian restaurant across the street from the apartment. Nice having a kitchen to keep water, juices, wine coffee etc. We didn't cook but there are facilities if you wanted to. Overall we found food and transportation very affordable so we chose not to cook. the accommodations are basic but all that you need. There were two of us, my adult nephew and myself. So we had plenty of space. Not sure if there were more people.

Worst experience

To whom it may concern: Thanks for taking the time to review our stay in Barcelona. We were a group of four people that arrived in Barcelona on July 15th at around 9:30am. I spoke to the property manager about checking in early which he agreed on. We were able to drop off our bags at noon before we could eventually check in at 2pm. When we dropped off our luggage, we found the apartment to be super messy and extremely dirty most likely from the group that visited before us. We also found some things to be broken which I took pictures and videos of before we checked in to document the apartments condition. Like I said, we were told that someone would come by and prepare everything for us to check in at 2pm. When we came back a little after 2pm the apartment still hadn’t been cleaned. I gave Luis (the property manager) a call to check in on what the issue was. At that point, he seemed overwhelmed and came off as rude for the first time. It then took another 3 hours for someone to come over and get the place ready for us. The following gives you an overview of all the things that didn't work when we moved into the apartment: • Sun blinds on the roof top terrace did not work. • Fan in the master bedroom did not work. • Shattered glass window to the neighbor’s. • Stains on couches and pillows. • Leaking AC that caused the floor to be constantly wet. • Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. • Mold in some of the kitchen supplies like coffee machine etc. • Not enough silverware for the four of us. • Broken window handle in 2nd bedroom. Also, the 4th bed advertised wasn't actually a bed, it rather was a mattress on a weird frame that in my opinion should not have been advertised as a 4th bed. Again, I took pictures of everything that I can send you if needed. I have tried contacting Luis multiple times but he stopped responding at some point which was very unfortunate because we needed some kind of clarification. One night, there was a power outage. I don’t know if it was just our apartment, the whole house, or the entire neighborhood, but it caused the smart key we were provided to not work. That night, we came home from dinner and drinks at a bar and weren’t able to enter the house. I called Luis once again and he finally picked up the phone. He told us that it’s a very bad timing for us to call since he had to get up early in the morning. He finally showed up over an hour after I called him with a set of keys. fantastic terrace in the heart of barcelona

this property is in a great location in Barcelona. Close to a metro stop with many grocery stores and great restaurants nearby. the highlight of the location is the terrace, which is huge and offers great views. the host was responsive to all of our emails, and we were able to place our bags in the apartment early while the cleaning was being finished.

Un bel appartement malgré quelques problèmes

L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel, la terrasse très pratique notamment en fin de journée, s'il n'est pas proche du centre touristique il est proche d'un métro qui permet d'y arriver facilement. Dommage que : la propreté laisse un peu à désirer, la douche est peu pratique (soit brûlante, soit glacée, ce qui est compliqué avec des enfants en bas âge), certains dysfonctionnements (le store sur la terrasse, cassé, qui ne permet pas d'en profiter durant l'après-midi où l'ensoleillement est maximal). L'équipe est très disponible et serviable.

We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. The apartment was close to a supermarket and in easy walking distance to good restaurants. You could walk out the door of the building and catch a cab any time of day or night. The building was secure and the neighborhood felt safe. The price we paid for the apartment was a good value for the location. It was less that a 10 minute walk to La Segrada Familia. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace in the evening after sight seeing. It would be helpful if property managers inventoried dishes, glassware, etc. We had only 2 glasses in the apartment, one water glass and one juice glass-no wine glasses. Several light bulbs were burned out in the apartment. Perhaps the cleaning staff could check these details periodically. If we return to Barcelona we would stay at the apartment again.

The overall stay was pleasant with a sentral location and not to noisy. The appartment was nice but some maintenance should hav been done., i.e. dishwasher machine does not work, sofa in living room is not in good order and bed in secondary bedrom should be repaired. But overall a nice appartment.

Positiv: - Die Lage ist sehr zentral/ schön und ruhig. Tatsächlicher Blick auf Gaudi's Kathedrale. - Wohnung von der Größe etc. so wie beschrieben. - Bad und Küche so wie beschrieben und gut. - Super Internet Negativ: - Renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung. Muss dringend gestrichen werden (Diverse Flecken an den Wänden) - Matratzen veraltet und durchgelegen! - Polstermöbel z.T. abgeschabt. - Toilettendeckel kaputt. Leider stimmen die Bilder aus dem Angebot nur sehr eingeschränkt mit der Realität überein. Da es nicht die günstigste Wohnung ist, bezahlt man hier wohl in sehr hohem Maße die Lage.

Clean and neat, plenty of room GREAT terrace for evenings. Just loved our stay of 28 days!

Easy rental, Luis was very helpful with keys and details. Great two bedroom place although we used only one. Very near Sagrada Familia. Easy walking or metro to all locations. Evenings on the terrace after a long day were perfect for recharging the batteries (ours and the phones)! Plenty of pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Sorli (groceries) just in the next block... everything you need. We had a great time!!!

Great place!

It was cozy and not the place we booked. But was in an excellent location, super easy to get to and get around, staff was friendly. The apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely return!

Wonderful Terrace

We ended our cruise prior to check-in and was happy to be allowed to drop our bags off early since the prior guests had already left. The representative met us at the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. View from terrace was wonderful. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location is great. Close to metro and easy to grab taxi's. Would recommend replacing coffee maker. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.

The apt was great n location was very good very close to everything. We felt very safe and staff was helpful. Just a little confusing with the arrival tax . I think you should upgrade on your mattress n towels but I would stay here again but bring my own towels Thank you we had a great stay here

Amazing Apt near the Sagrada

Wonderful large and clean apt! Manager met us at front and showed us in and explained "things". View of the Sagrada cannot be beat from the huge terrace. Just a couple of blocks from the Metro. Many restaurants close by. One day we had a terrible time unlocking the front door and finally had to call the Property Management place; they were wonderful and came out to help us within a half hour. It was our fault...totally NOTHING wrong with the lock or key! There was even an elevator, a real plus after days of schlepping our luggage up stairs!

Grande déception

Très Cher payé. 4 nuits 5 personnes. Nous nous attendions à un appartement sans reproche. L'annonce indique : 5 personnes, 3 chambres. Il y a 2 chambres et non pas 3, et il est impossible d'y dormir à 5 adultes, qu'on se le dise ! (pas plus de 3 adultes, sans enfant) Terrasse n'est pas celle de la photo, et n'est équipée que d'une toute petite table et de 4 chaises. Cuisine : 3 verres "normaux" (et d'autres verres à pied très grands que les enfants ne peuvent pas porter à la bouche). Cuisine très mal équipée. Manque de couverts, même pas une écumoire pour égoutter le riz/les pâtes. Lave vaisselle rempli de graisse, et ne fonctionne pas. (après deux heures de lavage, vaisselle toujours aussi sale. Vaisselle faite à la main après cette première tentative d'utilisation de la machine). De la vaisselle très sale, des assiettes creuses rangées pleines d'eau… Un seul torchon (quand on fait la vaisselle à la main, c'est très limite). Appartement très très sale. Tous les placards sentent mauvais. Pas de canapé lit dans le salon, juste un canapé très sale et trop petit pour qu'un adulte dorme dessus. 4 chaises seulement. Une toute petite table pour manger, à 4 on n'y pose pas un plat. Etat des literies exécrable : oreillers crevés (la mousse en sort et est très apparente), couettes, oreillers et housses de matelas tapissés de tâches jaunâtres, sommiers de la chambre enfant inutilisables (mis contre le mur pour laisser les matelas par terre) : complètement cassés ! Nous étions 5,il y avait parmi nous un enfant de 7 ans, qui a pu dormir sur le canapé. Canapé creuvé comme le reste. Avons tous passé de très mauvaises nuits car literies complètement foutues. Le soir dans l'appartement, c'est la pénombre : très peu d'éclairage et la plupart des ampoules non fonctionnelles. Des lampes défectueuses de toute part. Chasse d'eau cassée, cuvette de WC cassée, une douche dans laquelle il faut choisir entre s'ébouillanter et se geler. Ne conseillons cette location à personne. Surtout pas à ce prix là ! Frais de ménage inclus dans le prix, mais ménage non fait.

Basic but nice for the price and location

Was in town with my wife working a trade show. We never actually received any correspondence giving us the exact address of the apartment which I didn't realize until we showed up at the airport in Barcelona. When we called the phone number provided the person who answered could barely speak any English and it was very difficult to figure out what he wanted us to do so he ended up just texting me the address. We hopped in a taxi and luckily somebody was there to meet us shortly after we arrived so while it was a little nerve-wracking everything ended up being ok. The apartment was nice and comfortable, especially the bed in the large bedroom. There was a TV but there wasn't a single English speaking Channel so is kind of useless to those who don't speak any Spanish. Considering they're going to have foreigners staying there maybe they should subscribe to BBC or something like that? The location was nice very close to some of the attractions in town and a 15 to 25-minute walk to just about anything else you would want to go check out in the city centre. As previous reviews have stated, the rooftop terrace was the highlight of the apartment and we spent tons of time out there even though the temperatures were a little cool. I will say the only real downside of the apartment was the very strict noise rules which kept us from having any guests over in the evenings which is one of the reasons we had rented the apartment in the first place instead of getting a hotel room. I understand that you can't have crazy parties or something but there seemed to be extra emphasis on noise at this place in the rules provided so maybe theyve had some previous issues with neighbors. So in conclusion unless you are looking for a place where you can have some late night guests over this apartment should have everything you want to have a great stay in Barcelona!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at the apartment. We were met by a very friendly and efficient staff member. Even when the toaster did not work it was replaced very quickly. The apartment was central to many features in the city and within walking distance of many attractions. The Metro stations were very close also. We stayed for over two weeks and enjoyed walking around the city. Each day there was a clear blue sky! The TV was small but it did not matter because we were always doing something. Maybe the lighting in the main room could be better to help with reading in the winter when it got dark early. Also maybe the towels were a little old. But it was an excellent stay and yes we certainly would recommend the apartment to friends. Thank you again.

Terrace with views views views

My wife and I stayed in this apartment in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona for a week and absolutely loved it. We were happily surprised at the space inside it offered and even more excited about the large terrace outside. You have a clear view of the Sagrada Familia from the terrace day and night. If we were at the apartment we were on the terrace, it was wonderful. The kitchen had all necessary pots and pans to cook anything you like. Also plenty of cups, plates and silverware. They provided plenty of towels and linens for the bathroom and bedrooms. A few different supermarkets were within walking distance ( two blocks ) if you want to cook at home and cabs were easy to catch at any corner or at Sagrada Familia ( 3 or 4 blocks ) if you needed to go further than you were willing to walk. Barcelona is a great city with lots to offer from beautiful architecture, to museums, to the beach, to shopping or just hanging out in a lovely park. If you are looking for a spacious, safe place with amazing views of the city for a home base during your time in Barcelona; stay at the Atic Sagrada Familia.
