Enjoy all of the comforts of home in this amazing apartment located in the best location in Barcelona, Plaça Catalunya. This apartment is ideal for a business trip or if you are looking to explore the sights and sounds of the city centre.





New throughout and with hardwood floor finishes, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed with built in wardrobes and the others with two twin beds in each. The clean lines and neutral tones create a light airy space. There are two complete bathrooms.

The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Includes towels, bed linens, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quotidian use. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment.



If you are keen to explore everything Barcelona center has to offer this is definitely the choice for you. The famous Las Ramblas starts just the other side of the square. Also, just on the doorstep is Passeig de Gracia, Rambla Catalunya, Plaça Universitat and the main shopping street Portal del Angel. You can get around the city easily with bus, metro and taxi station all in the vicinity. If you prefer to wander around on foot this is perfect to discover the winding streets of the Gothic and Raval quarters or see the Cathedral or Picasso museum in the fashionable Born district. This apartment is a true oasis in one of the most popular city destinations in Europe.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs.

Kindly note that check-ins after 9 p.m. have an extra cost: Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€.

Please, make sure you give us a call 30 minutes before you get to the apartment.





HOUSE RULES:

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents.

Loud noise after 10 p.m. and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated as well as complaints. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited.

The non-fulfillment of any of these norms may result in penalties from extra charges of 84€ to the immediate expulsion of the clients from the apartment without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation.

The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.







IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only families and groups of people 30 years old are accepted.

Public parking available on request for 27.50€ per night.

The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it’s mandatory for all guests older than 16 years old, only applicable to the first 7 nights.

Pets (under 5 kg) are allowed for en extra charge, prior confirmation needed.

Estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions

Property was very clean with plenty of sleeping space for our family. It is in a very vibrant area with a variety of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The Catalunya train station is steps away from the apartment. While we were there, the entry way was under repair. All of the noise from the crew and the work being done traveled up the staircase/elevator shaft and was easily heard by those sleeping in the front two rooms. As were all of the slamming doors in the building. The living room has one small sofa and no other furniture for lounging- this made it difficult for our family to hang out together while resting in the apartment. The host, Rent Top Apartments, requested that they be contacted through the app, but their response time (24 hrs ) makes it unlikely that they can actually be helpful in a pinch - like when the electronic key wasn’t working to enter the apartment. The apartment did not have a hair dryer. When I messaged, no one responded, but we noticed a hair dryer in one of the bathrooms the next day. In summary, it is a nice property with a few quirks around noise, but I don’t think I would rent it again given the slow/unresponsive host.

Really enjoyed our stay at Las Ramblas Cozy Flat VIII. The location was in the heart of Mid Town and about the best location for shopping and tourist restaurants. But again it was very busy. I cannot blame them as I picked the location, but I would prefer to be a little off the busy area since I had a 6 and 9 year old in my group, but very convenient nonetheless. The check in process was good, having to download an app to my phone and getting the doors unlocked took a little understanding, but they were good to call and check in a few days in. Maybe the call could have come the day of check in to ensure I was in the property. The property was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, it had 3 balconies a good kitchen and living area. The address was a little confusing because it said floor 2 which I only figured out when I got on the elevator. It is actually on the 5th floor of the property if you decide to take the stairs. I would stay here again though. Thanks for a great space.

Myself and 6 other family members stayed in this fantastic apartment. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Perfect location, steps away from metro, buses, restaurants and Starbucks!!

I wanted to stay somewhere very well located, that, we did! The apartment was spacious, super comfortable and we didn’t have any unpleasant surprises. The rooms and photos are accurate. We only wished that they had a bit more in terms of plates/bowls, but that is REALLY being picky! It truly was the perfect spot for our little family of four. It was a really nice stay and I would stay again in a heartbeat! At one point I thought, “gosh it’s a bit pricey”, but at the end of the day, it was worth every extra penny! Thank you.

We loved our stay here! The listing and photos represent perfectly the actual apartment. The location is excellent for all things we wanted to do. The check-in and out check-out process were easy and convenient. Additionally, the manager was able to assist us with booking a car service to/from the airport. One of the best properties we've booked via VRBO.
